Morning Breath

It was early in the morning, lights shining through the windows of Thistlehouse. Toni laid wide awake, playing with Cheryl's hair as she admired her in her sleeping state. Slowly, Cheryl awoke from her sleep and felt the soft tugging of her hair and looked up at her beautiful girlfriend. With a smile, Cheryl leaned up to give a kiss to Toni, but was denied access and Toni put a hand on her face and quickly said "morning breath" and smirked lightly. Cheryl laughed and said " you love it" sarcastically. Wanting a kiss, Cheryl quickly arose from their bed and went to the bathroom and brushed her teeth. Almost finished, Toni slipped behind Cheryl and wrapped her arms around her waist, slowly trailing loving kisses along Cheryl's bare shoulders and neck. Cheryl giggled and finished up, turned around and ushered her girlfriend to give her a kiss. Toni smiled and they kissed passionately until they broke apart for air. Not wanting to let go, Toni picked Cheryl up with ease and plopped herself and Cheryl on the soft, and silky red duvet of covers and laughed lightly with one another. Cheryl was quick to straddle Toni, and placed her hands on Toni's face, stroking it with delicacy as if she was an antique made of thin glass. And for the first time, Cheryl let the words she feared the most slip out of her mouth. "I love you." Toni was taken back but quickly smiled and started to place kisses all over Cheryl's face and neck and slowly rose and said " I love you too Cheryl Majorie Blossom." Cheryl had the most genuine smile on her face, the brightest since J.J had past away. She felt loved, and entirely safe for the first time in a while. She was finally able to have her happy ending, and find her true love. Toni's giggle snapped her out of her day dream and started to tickle Cheryl song her sides. Screaming playfully they continued on for about 10 minutes on and off, and finally Toni decided that they should head back to bed, seeing that it was only 9 am, they could sleep in for a few hours. Cheryl accepted and asked with a tint of pink on her cheeks "Hold me?" Toni lovingly smiled and said "of course, princess." They slipped underneath the covers and peacefully fell asleep with light smiles on their lips, glad they were next to the person they had fallen in love with..
