MAX' S P.O.V.

I did not mean to be alone with Elle. I really did care about her. And the second main reason was that we can't handle girls at the party if they aren't used to it and especially if they are beautiful.

"No. I am okay with it. We can go right now. " she said .

" Okay then lets leave." I said .

" I know I would be stupid to ask this but I would love to ask because I would feel a bit more comfortable. This party isn't a bad idea ? Right? I mean is this party a decent one or..?"

I didn't want to answer her question because this party wasn't a decent one at all but though it was the second option I wanted to tell her that I am there to protect her. Always.

" I guess you should just enjoy the party and don't crush your excitement for it by asking questions ." I said reluctantly.

" Why can't you answer my questions in a simpler way? I mean u had to answer in a word. Is it decent or not? All of you guys have to behave in the same way? "

I did not answer her but held the main door open for her so that we can leave.

" Hey lets go. " I stretched my hand towards Elle .

" Can we wait here in the car for sometime? Please? "

" But you won't want to miss even a single precious second of the party ? Right? It will be fun . Don't worry and I am there to protect you." I said.

Oops . What did I just say? Wouldn't she feel awkward? She would feel that I am a flirt. Oh no.

".... and your friends . Even they are there . Raul , Charlie and Fiona " I continued to ignore the awkwardness I felt between us and I guess I was successful in doing that.

" Oh yes. I completely forgot about them.Lets go. " She said excitedly.

I could see that she was happy. I wanted to give her a warm hug but that wasn't going to happen.

... and the very next moment was .... Yessss! She hugged me. It wasn't a tight or a warm hug but still she did that when I was just thinking about it. Nothing feels great more than this. I gave her a big smile .

" Hey El babe.. where were you? We have been looking for you since an hour." Charlie asked her giving her a tight hug.

Nooooooo. I wanted that. I tried to manage to look happy to meet him as Elle introduced us but the other way I wanted to dash my knuckles right into his face.

" Hey Elle ." Katy waved at her.

" Do you know her ? Already?" Charlie asked Elle.

" Yes. She is Max's cousin. "

" ..and my girlfriend."

" What?" I and Elle screamed together.
