Don't die on me now.
Don't die on me now.
Don't die on me now.The same thought repeated in his head. He couldn't let her die.
The dark alley he was now running through reminded him of the memories they made together.
He looked to the left.
There they were, eating ice cream in the local park. She put ice cream on his nose and they both laughed. He looked to the right.
They were sitting on a ledge, overlooking the whole city. The sun was setting, and it was quiet. He had a cigarette in between his fingers, and sighed when it had run out. It was one of their moments where they would literally just talk about anything and everything, and wait for the sun to rise again. He snapped back to reality and saw her, lifeless but still alive, in his arms. He didn't know how much time she had left. He ran faster.
He looked to the left.
They were watching a movie. There was popcorn, soda and the like. They laughed too much that the whole bucket was poured down on the seat in front of them. He laughed and grabbed her hand, running out of the theater as fast as they could. He looked to the right.
They had just met -- the best memory he had of her. It was at a party for their concert, and he couldn't stop thinking about how beautiful she was that night and how he would never forget. It was the most cliché situation ever but he told himself he would take the chance, and it was the best one he ever risked. He knew he had to save her, no matter what it would take. He couldn't bear to lose all of that.
