Chapter 24: Ta'Ra

It took Jimin some time to free himself from the chain. He held Yoongi in his arms calming himself in Yoongi's scent. As the night grew by Jimin finally stood up , helping Yoongi to stand up. He tried to open the door with the skeleton key. He had done this several times so this wouldn't be hard for him.

His heart lept a beat as the door finally opened with a clink sound. He held Yoongi in his arms guiding him outside.

The door opened to dimly lit basement , the mushy scent making Jimin sick to his stomach. They tried to walk towards the other end without making any noises.

With every step , Jimin's energy kept on deteriorating he felt he could pass out anytime soon. But he kept on going for Yoongi.

Yoongi wasn't in a much better state than him. He stomach and lower jaw hurted with each moment , his body screamed him to stop but he didn't gave up.

There was a door in front of them which could either save them or lead them to hell.
They smiled faintly at the hole of freedom just as Jimin was going to twist the nob , they heard loud laughing noise behind them.

They turned to see Chaewon standing with a smug look on his face , his gun aimed at Jimin.

Before they could process anything a loud gun shot was heard. Jimin freezed on his spot. He closed his eyes waiting for the affliction but he experienced nothing.

He opened his eyes when he felt Yoongi's lifeless body fell upon him. His body started trembling as the blood oozed out from Yoongi's wound.

Yoongi fell to the ground with a hard thud.
Jimin knelt down while bursting in tears placing Yoongi's head on his lap.

" Y-yoongi." Jimin cried out, pressing his hands around Yoongi's wound to stop the bleeding.

" J-jim-in." With his shaky breath Yoongi tried to lean upward. Jimin joined their lips together the tears streamed down his face staining Yoongi's shirt.

" I l-love you." He blurted out the words , his vision now blurry with the tears.
"I'm s-sorry for not saying this e-earlier." Yoongi just gave him a faint smile bringing his hands close to Jimin's face , wiping off the tears from his eyes.

" Oh cut the sappy shit now." Chaewon played with the gun in his hands , making sour faces at the sight in front of him.

" It's your turn now ,Jimin."  He once again aimed the gun at Jimin.

Jimin panicked on seeing Yoongi closing his eyes."YOONGI !" He cried out loud as he tried to wake him up.

" YOU SAID YOU'LL BE HERE FOR ME ALWAYS. WHY ARE YOU BREAKING YOUR PROMISE." He hits Yoongi's chest lightly.

"YOONGI AH. WAKE UP PLEASE."
He felt like his soul was ripped apart from his body , like someone had trapped his breaths. His heart stopped beating , seeing Yoongi's lifeless body pierced through his heart.

Yoongi layed there in his lap , peaceful. His heart final at rest as he reconciled with his lover. But Jimin was totally devastated , his mind screaming at him for not doing his best to save his lover. What a pathetic loser he was.

The tears flowed unchecked down his cheeks and dripped from his chin. He was too sad to cry out or wail, he just sat there as still as a statue while the magnitude of his loss swept over him.

"Don't worry you'll meet him in hell again." Jimin looked up , but it was already too late the bullet was fired , the gun aiming directly at Jimin's heart.

Silence. The world was too silent. But the pain was incomprehensible.  He interwined their fingers , smiling faintly.
"Wait for me love."
