How the hell did I convince BOTH my parents to let me go to Antarctica with my boyfriend and his parents, they must really like Lyric because normally they would be all over protective and be like “tell me everything you'll be doing , when you're coming back and how long i'll be there for” but i think they might be high because i asked them and straight away i got “Yes of course” now go away and pack
THE NEXT DAY........
“Bye guys have a good time without me” and i walk outside expecting a car and there's this massive helicopter and I start LOLing cause i look back and i see my parents crying as i get in the helicopter and were off!! Lyric gives me a big kiss and says hes so glad I'm coming because he didn't think he could be in a extremely remote place with no cell phone ,internet or TV and with his parents for 2 weeks and frankly id agree with his statements , I don't think think i could do it either, all my parents would do is make me go on “walks” and stuff with them and with no communication that is literally impossible anyway we get there and it turns out were staying at Scott Base in the luxury part which i was super excited about because the places my family usually stay are crappy old motels and then i found out Lyric and i have a two bedroom room for the stay so we get settled down and decide to go to sleep
NEXT DAY.......
We decide we want to go and explore Antarctica because Lyrics parents are collecting samples of things and then we decide we would try find the lost lake because it was said to be close to Scott Base , We go and tell Lyrics parents that were going and were off ..
2 HOURS LATER.........
Omg what are we gonna do and I'm crying cause i’m so scared and Lyric is holding me and were slowly sinking into the snow since the blizzard was coming down so hard it was gonna bury us and Lyric was trying to be a man but I know he was scared so we just sat there and gave each other a small kiss and and tell each other we loved each other and i fall asleep in his arms and I'm freezing but Lyric is keeping me warm, My last thought was OMG I really love Lyric (it was so Romeo and Juliet) and then I see pitch black and Then nothing Ive lost all feeling and I'm floating
A WHILE LATER......
I can see heaps of lights flashing past me and I particly hear someone saying “we might not save her’ and I hear my mum crying and then i try and tell her it will be ok but no sound comes out and then its black again
A WEEK LATER....
I wake up and my mum is asleep next to me and as soon as i move, Mum wakes up and starts crying and then she rushes out and comes back with a Doctor and he says Shes awake but not stable and just before i fall asleep I ask where Lyric was and Mum starts crying and says he died of coldness cause he gave me all of his clothes to keep me warm and i start crying and fall into a big sleep.
