What would happen if we continued using plastics and dumping fuels?

The driest valleys and the emptiest planes, the smell of salt in the air. Not the kind of salt that makes you want food, but the kind of toxic salt that makes you gag. The smell is so strong in the air, that people have to hold masks over their face in passing. Global warming destroyed our earth, and flooded cities and towns and fields and houses. So many people died. Then it got worse. As the oceans began to recede, people took it for granted and relished it. This was never fixed, as people soon began to realise that the oceans and lakes were disappearing. Soon the smell filled the earth. When the oceans finally disappeared, they were replaced by endless valleys and mountains. Many new volcanoes and plants. The problem was, as soon as this happened, all the sea creatures were suffocating and flapping around. Millions of people all over the world ran to the "oceans", or rather, 'mud pits' to collect mud and fish for living. People turned feral, as they collected fish to eat, desperately getting food and mud to sift. ***Scientists recently went out there and discovered new species that were dying out, but took them to their labs. When they are taken there, they stored the fish in old sea water that had been there for a while. While that was happening, scientists used special formulas of H2O (water) and NaCl (sodium chloride). That though didn't make the sea water, so they added a few natural plants and minerals.***The power went out today. Screams. Yells. Cries for help, but no help came.***The food is all gone. In a rush to survive, people raided all shops. Mainly grocery stores, but some stole clothes, money, cars, bags, medicine.***The sun started disappearing. Here we are, only a month after the huge drought. The sun rose at midday instead of 6am. The sun set at 4pm. 4 hours of a moderately dimmer ball of fire. The sun was almost out today, and the stars didn't come when the sun set. The moon, barely a whisper. ***Air is a luxury. People are carrying around oxygen tanks, never letting others have air. Except, a few good Samaritans shared theirs around.***Today is the end of the world. Buildings crumbling, people dying, people insane. Nature burning, lives destroyed, the world no longer spinning. That was when the flood came. It was a flood like no other. This. This glowing orange substance that burned, and burned, and burned. This, was death. And death waited for nobody.
