*Y/N's POV*

It's been nearly five hours since I left Wellington, Utah, my second stop on this trip to finding the answer to my lost memories. I close my eyes for a brief moment, trying to ignore the throb that always followed any thought or mention of said memories.

I couldn't figure out this amnesia, but whatever was causing it really didn't want me to remember.

And heck, it was doing a great job.

However, Nebula does even better at remembering every location I have been at.

Now, I am standing at a two way stop in the middle of the desert of Jasper, Nevada. This was the location my phone showed after the attack, the first place it registered. I gaze down at the device in my hands. Not only was this impossible, but why was it so long after? How could I have teleported from one side of the states to the other, and it show me appearing in the middle of no where? I glare at it before gazing up and leaning against my car. Before me stood a very large mountain. It was a few hundred feet from the road.

However...

Something was wrong.

I gaze down towards my phone again and press a few buttons. Just to make sure, I ask my trusty A.I. "Hey Nebula?"

"Yes, Miss L/N?"

"At this point of time, what was my current speed?" I tap the small dot on the map that indicated the first moment recorded after the attack. After a few seconds of silence, Nebula speaks my fears.

"It appears you were travelling at nearly sixty miles an hour."

I huff in confusion. How could I be moving merely five miles an hour at one point in Texas, then a sudden increase in speed in Nevada?

I turn my eyes up to the mountain once more and glare at it. There was no way I had just magically appeared and....

Wait...

As the sun drops lower, I see some small differences in the rock face. Subtle, almost unnoticeable to the naked eye. Luckily, I packed my 'glasses'. "Nebula, magnify section 2C on the left side." Closing my right eye, I gasp as the picture comes into focus, revealing small fractures. "Connect the dots, Nebula."

"Yes, ma'am."

Slowly, the lines begin to connect to each other, and form one massive doorway. Blinking twice, the image returns to normal and I hold my head painfully.

I growl as the pain subsides and turn back towards the door. Whatever was hiding behind there definitely holds the answer to all my questions... and lack of remembrance. However, the images in my mind reveal something quite.... odd. I knock twice on the driver's side door and the window rolls down. "Ear piece." Is all I say.

The car obliges by opening the mini compartment near the steering wheel, revealing a small ear piece with a screen attached.
