Chapter 1

Michael's POV

Its been nearly weeks since I have gotten fired from old job and I have been searching for a job online, thankfully my roommates Calum and Ashton (who are also a couple) are being supportive of me . I really need to get a job cause I don't know like being stuck in this apartment alone.

"So any luck?" Calum asked making me snapped out of my thoughts.

"Nope" I say as I typing away on the laptop.

"Well you will find one soon, but do you have any choices so far?" Calum asked. As he was trying on some clothes cause he and Ashton have a date tonight which makes me home alone...Great. I'm used it though.

"My choices are being a clerk at local department store or being an assistant for the head of Hemming Enterprises" I said plainly.

"Woah woah, wait a minute. Did you just say, Hemming Enterprises?" Calum said in shocked.

"Uh..yeah, why?" I asked confused.

"Why?! There like the biggest buisness company in Australia!" Calum said yelling which sent a ringing through my ears.

"So what?" I asked still confused.

"Sooo. You can finally get paid and help with the bills. Also you having to have finally getting a job, because its been a long time" Calum said in serious tone.

"Okay, fine. I'll call the receptionist later afternoon right now, I'll research about this company first and it's history so I can make sure that this isn't a failing company" I said to him as I went to Google and searched Hemming Enterprises

"Michael...what part of sucessful company in Australia don't you understand?" Calum said with an annoyance in his tone.

"Well Google has more information and back history on it" I said smirking at him and he just groaned which made me laugh at him

"Whatever, I'm eating with Ashton, you should eat lunch you know?" He asked in a caring voice.

"I know...but maybe later..I have to read about them" I said and all he said was a nod and went outside to the dining area with Ashton who I smell from is cooking. The aroma of his cooking is amazing Calum is really lucky to have him.

Okay back to researching about the enterprise, I clicked on the wikipedia article of Hemmings Enterprises and read what it was about.

Hemmings Enterprises (est. 1987)

The Hemmings Enterprises was found by Lizanne and David Hemmings, the enterprise is an Australian multinational mass media buisness based in Melbourne which develops, grows, and invests in brands and websites.Wow, I never knew that this is such a big company, Calum was right. I looked at the image on the side which captions:

I looked closely at picture and saw the Family. So that's Lizanne and David, they look so nice. And that must be there son, he was smiling with blonde hair. He seems cute. I read further in the article to see more information about.

Lucas Robert Hemmings is the next heir to the Hemming Enterprises at the age 25...

Woah, he's so young, he already working at the company at an early age, I mean I'm 21 but look at me...A failure...

Once I finished reading the article I decided to go to there official website and wrote the number of the receptionists so I can contact them about having an interview with him.

After I called the enterprise, I finished with my research and went outside to see Ashton and Calum making out on the couch with the TV on.
