28. Laurence's Baby Brother

Ace:...What's up with you?

I threw myself on the couch and laid my head on his lap and looked at him.

Y/n: My Coworker is so lazy! I was literally about smack her wig off and put it in the blender..!

Ace: Aish..! Calm down, I'm sure the boss will do something about it!

He stroked my hair and gently played with it. When a person plays with my hair I become more calm and sleepy.

Y/n: I hope so.....

Laurence: Y/N!

The front door flew open and Laurence ran in. He looked at me and Ace. Laurence then frowned.

Y/n: What's up?

Laurence looked at Ace with a small glare and then looked at me. I sat up and stood up.

Laurence: My younger brother is missing..!

Y/n: WHAT?! HOW DID YOU LOOSE HIM?!

Laurence flinched at my shout. Ace stood up and stroked my hair. I took a deep breath.

Y/n: Let's go ask Garroth if he has any ideas...

Garroth PoV

Garroth: I'm telling you, this is Laurence!

Zane: There is no way that this is Laurence!

Travis: How do we change him back?!

Dante walks in whilst gasping for air.

Dante: I couldn't find Lucinda!

Zane: THIS IS NOT LAURENCE!

Garroth: How can you know?!

Zane: I used my brain! Unlike you nut heads!

Travis: You Good Laurence?

We looked at the kid that was sitting on the ground.

Dante: Don't worry bro...we'll change you back to normal..

Travis: Then you'll have chances to be with Y/n..

Y/n PoV

Y/n: That's why I add extra ingredients. The better it tastes, the more tips I get!

I carried on ranting whilst Ace was looking at me in the eyes whilst nodding. Laurence is sitting on the other side of me but I'm mostly facing Ace.

Y/n: I'm one of the best workers they have! That's why we're successful! If they carry on letting SOME workers slack around, I will literally flip tables! I swear-

Laurence: Aren't we going to look for my brother?

I looked at Laurence and saw he was annoyed.

Y/n: Sorry....it's just I need to let some stress out..but I guess now isn't the time..

Laurence: It's alright...but...Are you sure you guys aren't dating?

I stood up in shock and looked at Ace and he did the same as me.

Ace+Y/n: EWWW! NOT HIM/HER! NOT MY TYPE!

Laurence chuckled and stood up.

Y/n: Anyways...I need to go speak with my boss now. Good luck Laurence!

Ace: Yeah! Good luck Laurence! I need to visit my sister!

Laurence: Alright! Bye you two!
