Dear diary,

I had given on up on everything. Everything. I was a mess. My tangled mane flopped in front of my face loosely and my face was covered in ugly brown dirt. My eyes were dry from the amount of tears I'd cried for the past month. My throat was as dry as a desert and I was starving. Creating food and drink with magic isn't the same as eating real food and drinking real water. My face displayed all the unhappiness in my body. Life was not good.

As I slumped down onto the cold rock, my tired face twitched as I heard muffled voices. One of them was most definately...well...mine! The other voice though...it sounded familiar but I was unsure of whom it belonged to; I was clueless to what was going on in what must have been more caves around me, except from the fact that a certain somepony - some...somechangling? Was pretending to be me!

Creeping towards the thick crystal wall, I tried my very best to listen to their conversation, but it was too muffled to hear a word. Either that or my hearing had become worse.

Lots of zaps. Zap zap zap, magic magic magic. The pony was a unicorn. Then suddenly-

A loud crash as none other than Twilight Sparkle burst through the wall of my cave and leapt onto my fragile body. In shock, my vision went blurry and my hearing was momentarily gone. The purple blur of Twilight Sparkle was shouting at me angrily.

Zoning back into reality,  I managed to get her off of me, croaking "Sunshine, sunshine, ladybugs awake! Clap your hooves and do a little shake!"

That was when I knew, knew I was safe.
