Chapter One: What happens next?

Now I bet you're wondering "what happened next?" And that's the name of this chapter. Everyone has moved off to college. Kassidy went to live in a dorm and Tori has moved out of her mother and father's house and got a townhome with Gilinsky. By the fall, October Tori is 4 months pregnant.

Tori's P.O.V

As I wake up I turn over and see my boyfriend now fiancée sound asleep. So as I get up out of bed and check my phone it reads 9:25 am. My class isn't until 2 o'clock. So I have decided to make Gilinsky some breakfast. I get out of bed and admire myself and my little pudge.( I'm starting to show) I kind of just told my parents and they were a little shocked. The practically kicked me out. Told me I have a limited of time to stay under their roof if I was gonna have a kid. So we decided to get a 2 bedroom townhome. It's home...better than the "home" I grew up in. I washed my face, brushed my teeth and headed downstairs to make breakfast. I decided to make bacon, eggs, and pancakes. In the middle of making the pancakes, I feel warm arms around me.

"Good morning beautiful" Gilinsky. I put down the bowl and wrap my around him and kiss his lips. Then I hear a knock at the door. Gilinsky and I make a confused look and we both walk to the door. Gilinsky gets in of me and opens the door. And it's Kassidy, My freaking best friend, and her family comes by. We of course let them in and we were all eating at the table.

"So Victoria, Have you spoken to your mother?"

"No mam, She doesn't really want to speak to me after I told her about my pregnancy." Gilinsky next to me put his hand on my thigh. I gave a half smile in return.

"The only person I keep in touch with is my older brother Jason"

"Well, you're family baby. And if you need anything, and I mean anything I'm here for you." I'm not sure if was the hormones or not but I felt my eyes wale up in tears. I never really had family this emotional supportive. I mean they made sure I had clothes, shoes, they made sure I ate...That's about it. Then everyone swarmed around me and we all group hugged. After sitting at the table for a while and talking Gilinsky decided to go out with his family while I stay home. I had a few hours until I get ready. So Kassidy and I decided to stay back to talk.

"So do you know the gender yet?"

"No, I want to be surprised. Speaking of I'm throwing a baby shower." Kassidy got excited. How do you want the revel to go?" I thought about it. Balloon? cake? big box ?

"Not sure. We'll come up with some ideas. But enough about me. How's everything with you?"

"I don't think Hayes and I are gonna last. I feel like we have gone our separate ways. We try to make it work even now. But I just feel like he's not putting in much effort anymore." I see her looking insecure all of a sudden. They loved each other almost to death and it breaks my heart that they wont be a thing anymore. Speaking of I wonder how Nash and the rest of the gang is doing. I haven't spoken to them since the party during summer break. That was maybe a few days after I told them I was pregnant and of course I didn't drink or smoke but it was fun just being around my group. I feel like we should have a weekend where we all spend it together. It would be great.

"Other than that I'm pretty good. My grades are great and I'm in a few clubs and the parties are great haha." She snapped me back into reality.

"Yeah, although it's really stressful" I chuckled.

"What are you thinking about?" Kassidy looks at me concerned.

"Nothing, my mind are always going places. But since you asked, You talked to anyone? Ya know like Nash? Matt? Cam? "

"Hmm. Oh, yeah. I spoke to Cameron he has his modeling career. He asked about you too. He should be calling or facetiming you sometime this week." I got happy a least some one was thinking about me. Which is odd for Cam. We never really got to speak like that but we were cool. Just never really got to know him as a person I guess.

"Matt wanted to surprise you by coming over. So when he comes over just act surprised." Kassidy added.

"Haha, oh okay. That's great. " Same thing with Matt. I'm not sure why we never really gotten along either.

"Well yeah so I gotta go" And I see her get up smiling at her phone. I get up and walk infront of her so she doesn't leave. And she raises an eyebrow at me.

"I know that's not Hayes. So start talking" She gives me a sigh.

"It's this guy on my campus. He wants to meet for coffee." I give Kassidy this look. And she knows exactly what I'm going to say

"It's just coffee Tori. Chill. I swear nothing is going to happen until Hayes and I break things off" I shrug my shoulders. At this point I just don't want her to involved in anymore drama At least not right now. As she leaves she gives me a tight hug.

"I love you Tori. Let me know if you need anything." She emphasizes that "anything" to the point where it echoes in my head. As I gladly hug her back if not tighter than her hug but as tight and she leaves out the door and I start to get ready.

I take a shower and put on one of Gilinsky's sweatshirts and some boyfriend jeans with some vans and I decided to my makeup. Which is something I don't do often. But today felt like one of those days.

I pack up my laptop and my school work and I pack a few snacks and something to drink and I call Gilinsky.

"Hey babe"

"Hey I'm on my way to class. Just letting you know, and the spare key is under the rug. I'll call you when I'm on my way home."

"Alright babe. Let me know if you need anything. I'll see you later. I love you"

"I love you too. And you know I will babe" Then I hung up. I grabbed my car keys and walked out the door just to see my parents at my door. And my heart dropped to the floor.

"Hi sweetie" My mom tries to come to me and give me a hug and I let her then she tries to touch my stomach. I back away quickly. I don't want her touching my baby after she told me if I didn't get rid of it that I was gonna basically get kicked out.

"Dad" I look over at him. He gives me a smile.

"I really have to go. I have a class to get to and I really cant afford to be late."

"We just wanted to let you know that were here for you And we love you a lot" I felt my blood boil as she told me that pathetic line. She was going to kick me out for Christ sake. At this point I was pissed.

"Mom, the only person in this family that really gave a damn was Jason. Mom, you practically kicked me out.-

"It was for your own good. But I thought about it and I felt like you needed our help"

"Oh, so you thought about it. And you determined if I needed your help? Are you serious Mom?" And she just looked like nothing was wrong with what she just said. And at this point I didn't have time to argue.

"I need to get to class. And if you think I need your help I don't. You have a great day." I locked up and left my parents stunned still in front of my door. And headed off to class. I got to class on time but this lesson was hard to focus on. I couldn't help but think what was best for my baby. My parents coming to my door with nonsense. I just want to go home and stay in bed. Just an hour left of this class and I'll be back home.

* An our after class*

I get in the car and check my phone and I call Gilinsky.

"Hey Jack I'm coming home. Want me to pick up something to eat?"

"Nah babe, I'm cooking tonight" I was shocked he's never cooked for me before.

"Why exactly?"

It's a surprise. Just come home and I'll tell you all about it." I smile

"Okay babe I'm on my way home." I tried to drive home as fast as I could. I couldn't wait to see what Jack had instore for me.
