As I was closing up the last box in my room, I heard a loud scream. Walking to my window I see it's my best friend, Madison. "Ariana get your ass down here and hug me!" I knew that she wasn't excited about my move, bug neither was I. Moving to Australia will be the worst thing that happens to me. At least they gave my dad a good promotion. As I trudged down the stairs with my last box, I could hear my parents arguing in the kitchen.

"You lazy asshole! All you ever do is drink!" My mom screamed.

"You ungrateful no minded bitch!" My dad would scream back.

It was usually a back and forth thing. The days were on and off. Some days they fought, others they didn't. I ignored the fighting and walked outside. The bright sun of Texas was giving off to much heat. I shoved the box in the moving truck and walked over to Madison. She threw her arms around my neck and whispered "I'll miss you" I pulled back and saw gentle tears rolling down her cheeks. "I'll miss you too baby cakes. But we have skype, and FaceTime. And I'll text you every chance I get." She sniffled and muttered an 'okay.'

The plane was torture. It was either to hot or to cold. I just wanted to get off this stupid thing.

When we got off the plane in Sydney, Australia, I sighed loudly. At that, my mother turned around and practically screamed at me. "Listen young lady, you're not the only one that's upset, so stop your complaining and give it a chance. Maybe you'll actually like it here. Drop the attitude." With that remark, people were staring at us. When she turned around I rolled my eyes and muttered 'bitch' and walked on.

The house was no better. Once I walked in, I went straight to the basement. My room. I just wanted to get unpacked and sleep. Knowing that I had school tomorrow, I needed the sleep. After unpacking some things, I opened a skype call with Madison.

"Hey" she smiled brightly to the camera

"Hi darling" I returned the smile

"How's Australia?"

"It's hot. I haven't done much. Just unpacked some boxes."

Madison let out a long yawn and smiled tiredly

"Baby cakes get some sleep" I whispered.

"Talk to you tomorrow?" she urged.

"Of course." with that, we closed the call and I plopped down on my bed. Falling asleep immediately.

*Lukes POV*

School was never a big thing for me. It was alright. I was a big hit. I was apart of the 'popular' group. Dating the schools biggest bitch.. Abigail. God, there is nothing more that I want then to dump her. I don't know why I even started dating her.

I knew she was a bitch, but I never thought she would get this bad. One day, as we were walking home from school, we see this girl unloading boxes from a moving truck. I was kind enough to ask if she needed help.

"Hey you need some help?"

"Erm no. I got it." She struggled to say it. I'm guessing the box was heavy.

"Here! Let me help!" Abigail walked over to her, and the first thing she did was hit the box out of her hands.

"What the hell Abigail?!" I shouted at her.

"What? You're gonna protect a scrawny bitch? Come on. It was funny" she laughed.

" It was not funny! What the hell!"

The girl was on the pavement digging through the box Abigail hit.

"Go home Abigail."

As she strutted off I kneeled beside her.

"Hey you okay?"

"Fine" she stated coldly.

She picked up the box and started walking away.

"Hey I'm Luke by the way!"

"Ariana" was all she shouted back as she walked in.
