Your Point of View
"Welcome to England," I said to myself as I got off the plane. The airport I arrived at was way bigger than the one I left from. On my way to get my luggage, I got lost at least twice. Once I finally found the luggage carousel, I picked up my bags and made my way to the front of the airport.
"Hey (y/n)! How has my favorite sister doing?" Kadin asked.
"Hey!" Jax said, playfully punching his arm. "What about me?"
"Ugh," Kadin said. He then chuckled. "My favorite younger sister," he said, stressing the word "younger."
I giggled and hugged them. "I really missed you guys." I released them from the hug. "How's mom?" I asked Jax, suddenly sounding like I was the older sister rather than the younger one.
"She's doing fine. But enough of the chit-chat. We have to get home before rush hour!" Jax said in a rushed tone. We each grabbed one of my bags and made our way to Jax's car. Jax got in the driver's seat, Kadin got in the shotgun, and I sat in the backseat. We had a long drive to go so I pulled my headphones out again and played my favorite playlist. The first song that came on made me feel at home almost immediately. It was Who Are You Really by Mikki Ekko. I loved that song.
We made it to the new house about an hour and 45 minutes later. I got out of the car and took out my luggage. Jax helped me put my bags in my room while Kadin cooked lunch. It was around 11:45 AM when I arrived, so I asked on the way home if we could get something to eat. We decided to just make some {ramen noodles}.
After eating lunch and unpacking my belongings, I decided to go out and explore the neighborhood. There was a park nearby that I wanted to visit. I picked up my phone and put on my (f/c) jacket.
"I'm going out to explore! I'll be back in two hours!" I yelled before I left the house.
I then heard a "Yup" from Kadin before I closed the front door.
I pulled up the location of the park on my phone and started walking to the park. On the way, I saw four guys, all around my age, as they were leaving their house and coming toward me. I didn't want to intrude their privacy, so I kept walking to the park.
When I got to the park, I went to a bench that was painted to look like a field of poppies. I once again pulled out my headphones and played another song. I closed my eyes and sang to Messenger Man by TWENTY ONE PILOTS. about halfway through the song when I heard a backup singer when there wasn't supposed to be one. As a matter of fact, I heard two voices! I opened my eyes and took out one of my earbuds.
"HARREGUD! (OH MY GAWD!)" I screamed and jumped backward off the bench. "WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU NEAR ME?!"
"Oh, sorry," the guy in green said while scratching the back of his head. "I'm Edd!"
