Why- THIS IS LEGIT THE CUTEST SHIP EVER. Discord obviously has a huge crush on Fluttershy. She's always his main concern. In the episode "To Where and Back Again," Discord isn't concerned about the changelings until Starlight makes him realize they took Fluttershy. In the second part of the same episode, Discord refers to Fluttershy as the one pony he cares most about. In the episode "Discordant Harmony," Fluttershy and Discord have tea partys together, which are basically dates. In the episode "Keep Calm and Flutter on," Discord only reverses the chaos after Fluttershy threatens to stop being his friend. Finally, in "Twilight's Kingdom," Tirec offers Twilight a trade- the other 5's release and Discord's release for equestria's alicorn magic. Fluttershy tells Twilight not to do it because they aren't worth it, but Discord immediately contradicts her statement by saying, "Oh but you are Fluttershy." I would rant some more, but I'm going to stop myself. The only thing that goes against this ship is the fact that Scootaloo looks like she could be the child of Fluttershy and Big Mac, but that's only a theory. Besides, look what I found:

Take a look at the pony all the way on the right. The colors say it all. This pony can debunk Fluttershy and Big Mac theory and there could be some other pony that gave Scootaloo her eye color, but that's a theory for a different day. (I know, a bit off topic in the last few sentences, but Scootaloo's parents are one of the less known things about the franchise, so I had to get into it.)
