Third person I guess ~

They snuck out of school and walked home -to Jack's house- the both of them decided.

~~ ((Dang, I'm lasy af))

Once they reached Jack's house, they both walked inside and up to his room. He set his bag down next to the door and sat on Jack's bed, while Jack sat in a chair at his desk.

Zach was eyeing the room and admiring the different posters hung on the walls and his eyes finally fell on Jack, who was watching him.

"S-so, who do you think is cyber bullying you," Jack asked hesitantly, trying not to make it awkward.

Zach raised his eyebrows and relaxed as he lowered his head and twiddled his thumbs. He sat for a few moments thinking, and finally spoke, "M-maybe it was that guy, who..who.." His voice started to crack as he placed a hand over his mouth, feeling disgusted.

Jack rushed over and sat next to him and placed a hand on his lower back, trying to comfort him. "I understand, you don't have to say anything."

A couple of minutes flew by and Zach spoke once more feeling a little better after being told that everything was gonna be okay. "I mean, why would someone do that to me, and then flat out bully me? I-I'm so confused."

Jack paused as he opened his mouth as if to say something and quickly shut it. He turned his head to look at Zach who was still slightly shaking from his reoccurring memories.

"I guess it's just what a sick, twisted type of person would do, I guess," Zach said quietly, almost quiet enough that Jack wouldn't be able to hear. He sighed and began to look around the room again.

"Yeah, I guess so," Jack murmured and stood up, "Are you hungry?" He said a little louder for Zach to hear properly.

"Y-yeah," Zach was now holding his stomach, and laying on his back, staring at the ceiling.

Jack walked over to his desk pulled out a camera from a drawer. He walks over to the boy who was laying down and brought the camera up to his eye and *click*. "Do you have anything in particular that you want to eat?"

Zach sat up and frowned, "Did you just take a photo of me? And n-no, I'll eat anything right now." (Insert lenny face here { }) He stood and walked over to Jack who was looking at the camera, with a satisfactory look on his face.

"Maybe," he was now grinning and walking away, not walking him to look at the photo he took. Zach walked a little closer and began reaching for the camera. They other boy raised it in the air, making it harder for him to reach. Zach leaned up against Jack, reaching for the object in his outstretched hand. The curly headed boy, who braised himself by placing a foot a step behind him, was giggling at the boy who was right in front of him.

Zach layed a hand on Jack's shirt and gripped it to pull himself higher to get the camera. They stood there, their faces close to touching, about to stumble. Jack looked down at Zach and flushed immediately, and who in return, did the same and they both backed away from each other.

Jack went to set down the camera and started to leave the room and stopped at the doorway, not turning around, "I'll g-go find s-something to eat," he mumbled and left the room completely, heading to the kitchen.

Zach was blushing immensely and stood there staring at the spot where Jack had previously stood. He quietly walked over to the camera that was laying on the desk. He picked it up and sat down on the bed.

The picture was of himself with his eyes closed and one of his legs bended and an arm draped over his stomach. Zach stared at the picture a few moments and stood up to set the camera back down.

It had been five minutes and Jack finally walked back into the room with a tray of cheeses and crackers. You could tell he was nervous because he refused to look Zach in the eye.

"Thanks," Zach said quietly as Jack set the tray on the bed and went over to the desk to sit down.

"So, d-do you wanna watch a movie or something?" Jack suddenly asked out of the blue. He seemed really fidgety because he was swinging his feet around, but not too violently.

"Um, sure," Zach answered after shoving a cracker into his mouth. He stood up from the bed and grabbed the tray.

Jack lead him out of the room, down stairs and into a room with a couch and a TV. He noticed a piano in the corner. It looked old as if someone played it frequently. Zach set the tray down and walked over the the piano.

"Do you play?" He obviously knew the answer, but asked anyways because he couldn't let Jack know that he was spying on him. Zach sat down on the bench and rested his fingers on the keys.

"A bit, y-yeah," Jack rubbed the back of his neck and walked over and sat down beside Zach. He placed his fingers against the keys and began to play.

Zach watched his fingers glide against the keys flawlessly. In awe, he scooted closer to Jack and leaned in ever so slightly to watch. The tune was calming, a song that Zach's never heard before, but still beautiful. He suddenly looked up at Jack, who closed his eyes and was humming along to the song.

Minutes pass and he played the last cord and opened his eyes. Jack look a deep breath and let it go slowly. He smiled and turned his head at Zach, who was grinning widely and biting his lip slightly.

Jack blushed lightly and cleared his throat "S-so, what about that movie, huh?" He quickly stood and walked over to the couch and sat down, grabbing the remote and turning on the television.

The other boy sat beside him, but not too close, still smiling, "You're really good, ya' know?" He placed a piece of cheese on a cracker and placed it in his mouth.

"That's what my dad always said, he was the one who taught me," Jack said almost sadly and looked down at the floor.

Zach's smile faded and he shifted uncomfortably in his seat. "What happened, you seem sad about it?" He wasn't sure if he should be asking him this or not. Whether it if was too personal for him or not.

"He left me and my mom a week before school started. He's called me a few times, saying that it wasn't my fault, that he was all to blame. He told me once that I should keep playing, and that one day, I'll make it big. But I know that'll never happen." Jack sighed and avoided Zach eyes, looking anywhere but at him.

HEeyy, I literally sat here from 11:40 PM to 2:30 AM writing this, and I'm really proud of it. Let me know what you think and I hope you enjoyed this chapter. :D
