Tanner and Staying Over

Keegan's Pov

So I got home and was welcomed by a little boston terrier mix pawing my legs. He's only three weeks old and I'm in love with him.

"He's yours Keegan. What do you want to name him?" My mom asked me.

"I wanna name him Tanner." I said smiling wide.

"We'll get his name tag tomorrow. We got his food and everything already." My mom explained. "Oh and there's a boot for your cast. It's so you don't have to use your crutches all the time." She added before leaving me with Tanner.

He was the cutest dog in the world. I held out my hand and he kept nudging it with his nose. I laid back on the floor petting Tanner's smooth fur. He managed to crawl on top of me with his tiny little legs and started licking my face. I chuckled before picking him up in my arm. There was a knock at the door which meant Lauren was here.

Lauren's Pov

Keegan opened the door, my eyes went wide and I jumped back a bit. He was holding a dog in his arms. The dog was yipping and I was getting scared. Yes it's a small dog but nevertheless it scares me.

"I know you're scared Lauren. Just hold your hand out. He doesn't bite or anything." Keegan said softly.

I hesitated and slowly stuck out my hand to which the puppy licked my fingertips. I giggled and started to pet him, this wasn't so bad. After a bit Keegan put Tanner in his little area and shut the fence door to make sure he didn't run away. I felt Keegan's hand intertwine with mine again and led her upstairs. We reached Keegan's room and he picked me up in his arms. I shrieked and clung to him which caused him to chuckle.

"You're too cute." He whispered in my ear as he set me down onto his bed."And it is very irresistible." He whispered to me before pecking my lips. I smiled looking into his eyes while trying to stop the blush that was starting to form on my face.

"Movie time beautiful?" He asked snapping me out of my daze.

"Sure. Pick a flick, I don't really care what it is." I answered to which he went searching through his DVDs.

"Found oneeeee." He sang happily.

"Okay maybe I do care." I replied seeing as he held up the Purge.

"You'll be alright. Besides you've got your cuddle buddy right here with you." He said trying to convince me.

"Fine." I gave in. I just really hate scary movies, don't judge but this one doesn't seem that bad.

He opened the Bluray player and inserted the disc before shutting off the lights. He took the remote off the dresser which held the TV and plopped down next to me. I lifted up the blanket I was wrapped up in and he crawled in next to me. Just as the movie started I curled up against Keegan's side as he wrapped his arm around me.

Keegan's Pov

"Ah!" Lauren shrieked.

She buried her head into my chest as she tightened her grip around my waist.

"Hey it's okay, it's just a movie."  I said calmly.

"It's freaky!" She whined against my chest.

I kissed her head lightly and continued to watch the movie. As I watched the movie I threaded my hand through her soft brown hair. I found it funny how she smiled against me as a guy with his mask came on.

"You can look, I think." I said after the scene was over.

Her head poked up slowly and watch the movie once again with me.

"If I can't sleep I'm keeping you up with me." She whispered before turning her attention back to the movie.

"Keeto, I kind of forgot to bring anything to sleep in. Could I borrow something please?" Lauren asked after the movie finished.

"Sure, one sec." I said before digging around.

I tossed her my black ZooYork shirt that I made myself and a pair of black Nike shorts. She excused herself and went to get changed. I grabbed the bottom hem of my hoodie and lifted it over my head before tossing it into the laundry basket. I slid out of my shorts and underwear, I changed into a pair of gray boxers and white and red shorts. I sat on the edge of the bed and tugged off my socks. I heard my door open and I saw Lauren walking back in. She looked so cute in my clothes, I loved seeing her in my stuff. I stood up and her breathe hitched. I cocked an eyebrow and she pointed at my shirtless body.

"Oh sorry, I can wear a shirt to bed if you want beautiful." I offered as she stood gaping at my upper body. "I-i-it's fine, I'm just surprised. You've gotten really freaking built."

I smirked at her sudden shyness and lightly took her hand in my own and held it against my stomach. I saw her trying to hide her blush by looking to the ground. I smiled and then intertwined our fingers. She looked up at me and I smiled down at her. I started chewing on my bottom lip as she wrapped her arms around my neck and clasped her hands together.

"So I'm gonna put a shirt on okay?" I teased. "No you're not." "Yeap I'm going to right now." "Well then I guess I'll have to stop you..."

I cocked my eyebrow at her statement and before I knew it her lips were on mine. She slid her hands to my chest and pushed me back onto the bed. I was holding onto her waist which led her to falling on top of me. Our lips never broke contact as all my thoughts were drained from my brain except Lauren. All I could think about was Lauren. After a minute she pulled away and I whined.

"Bed time lover boy." She said patting my chest.

"Not until you kiss me again." I argued moving my hand toncup her cheek.

She groaned before leaning in and pressing her lips softly against my own. We stayed like that for a few seconds until I pulled back. I was probably smiling like a child but I didn't care, I'm in love with this beautiful girl. I turned to the side and then crawled under the covers to which Lauren copied my actions. I took her hand in mine and kissed it.

"Goodnight love." I mumbled before instantly falling asleep.

I woke up to someone lightly shaking my arm. Without even opening my eyes I knew it was Lauren. I felt her shake my arm more aggressively. I opened my eyes slowly and let them adjust to the darkness.

"Lolo, is everything alright?" I asked looking into her eyes.

Lauren's Pov

"Lolo, is everything alright?" Keegan asked sleepily. I have to admit, he sounded really hot right now.

"I can't sleep..." I admitted embarrassed. It wasn't very scary it just freaked me out.

"C'mere beautiful. I'll keep you safe." He smiled softly.

I felt his arms wrap around my waist and pull me into his body. I buried my head in his chest as his laid a top my shoulder. I felt way more relaxed then before. My eyes became heavy and right before I fell asleep, I felt Keegan's lips press themselves softly against my shoulder.

A/N Ello loves! Haha, that sounded dumb but I don't really care. So I finished the chapter, yaaay! So my grandpa had his surgery and he's recovering from it. All seems well. Uhmm I still don't know when I'll update still kinda in that slump. BUT I have some ideas for the next chapter so maybe that'll make me finish it faster. Anyways, I hope you all enjoyed chapter numba forty four (my football # :D) and I'll see you next time with a new chapter. Love u all and byeeeeee.
