Hobbes

I decided to go to the store to get me something to eat. I was starved. It's early, do I'm good. It's day two of the men working on the house. I'm so excited about all this.

I walked in to see a guy who looked familiar. I could only see the side of his head, but he looked so familiar. I just decided to go on about my day.

I was in the middle of picking up the milk, when a hand smacked my ass. I turned around ready to cuss whoever it was out. I was met by pretty green eyes that were so familiar. Hobbes.

"Why did you do that?" i asked.

"I missed it all these years." he said with a smirk.

"Jail has made you an asshole. Keep your hands to yourself." I said before attempting that walk away.

He grabbed my arm and pulled me back. I looked at him. He had a longing look in his eyes.

"I need to talk to you Charmed. What happened wasn't-" I cut him off

"Don't tell me what happened 8 years ago wasn't what I thought. I don't care. If you want to catch up and become friends, you can meet me and my friend at 11:00 AM for lunch. I'm not about to get into the drama of what happened that long ago with you" I said before pulling out of his grasp and walking away. "By the way, we'll see you at Subway." I said before walking off and checking out my stuff.

I went back to the hotel and Sean, Chitta, and I all ate. He then left to go fix the house. Sonia doesn't have to help with anything for the next two weeks. Her and I can just chill until then. We do need our rest. I decided to go to my dad's room and check on him and Champion.

I knocked on the door and Champion answered. Dad was in bed still asleep. Good thing I brought some juice and muffins with me. I gave Champion a muffin and some juice and went to wake my dad. He woke up and sat up slowly. I could tell he had a head ache. I gave him the other muffin and juice and he smiled and ate it. While he ate, I checked on Champion. He misses me and wants me to take him back to the room with me. My dad nods and I take Champion back with me.

I see Chitta is still sleep, so me and Champion sat and watched TV. We then played dominos. He's gotten so big and so smart. I miss my little buddy. He was like my own child. I raised him with the help of dad.

Champion was now taking a nap, and Chitta was sleep. I looked to see I only had an hour to get ready for lunch with Sonia and Hobbes. I brought Champion and Chitta to my dad and went back to my room. I got dressed and did my hair.

I walked out and went to subway. It's November, so it's cold outside. Texas weather is bipolar and crazy. It will be cold as fuck one day, rain the next, warm the day after, and then snow all day. Makes no sense.

I parked at Subway and got out the car. I'm 15 minutes early, so I can go ahead and order all the stuff before hand. I ordered a cold cut on Italian bread with pepperoni, American cheese, lettuce, bacon, olives, pickles, onions, bell peppers, and ranch. (A/N that's how I like mine). I then got a lemonade and some sun potato chips.

I sat down in a booth and in walked Sonia. She had on a green sweater with blue jeans and a jacket. I could see her baby bump was getting large. I smiled and hugged her and she went to order. I unwrapped my sandwich and opened my chips. She soon walked over with her meat ball sub with a orange juice and some sun chips. We started eating and talking. In walked Hobbes. Late as ever.

He came over with his sub that had avocado and sat next to me. I scooted over close to the wall trying to get away from him. We all ate in silence. Sonia announced that she had to go and got up and left. I got up and sat across from Hobbes. He looked at me and smiled.

"It's been a while. Look, I wanna be more than friends. I still love you." he said.

"I'm married and I have a child." I said before getting up and walking out. I should have known this nigga was gon try and get me back.
