Chapter 3- Lollipops

Karina's POV

"I don't think lollipops can make anything alive"

"What~ ? Its worth a try"

Its Saturday. Usually me and Cim hang out at the mall if we have nothing to do. We invited Karyl as well.

"Don't tell me you love lollipops, Karin" Karyl laughed. "Well loving lollipops is not a big deal wight?"

"It sure does to me" she laughed.

"Funny." I pouted.

We all laughed. "Hey lets all go to that funny looking store. It has lollipops in it"

"Karin, that an playground for parents to leave their child there if they're to busy taking care of them" Cim pointed and Karyl laughed.

"Seriously, you do love lollipops huh?" Karyl said as she wiped a tear from her eye from laughing. "What? I haven't eaten lollipop for days"

"Lets go eat lunch and I'll buy you one after" she winked. "Really? THANK YOU!! *-* "

"Ow. Do you have to shout it aloud?" Cim snapped.

"Hehe sorry" we all laughed again and went to McDo for lunch.

As Cim and Karyl lined up, I looked for an available table for three. I almost found one when someone already took it.

"Uhm, are you gonna be alone for today?" I asked the person. There's no more space and this is the last table avaible for three.

"Huh? Karina-chan?" the person looked at me. Seems to me his japanese. Wait, isn't that the guy who told me to be not so harsh on France?

"Uhm, do I know you?"

"Oh.... I'm sorry... My ... name is.... Shin"he said softl and bowed his head. He is so freaking cute *-*

"Do you ... want... to sit... with me... Karina-chan?" What the? I dont know him yet he knows me.. Did I miss anything lately?

"Uh... um Can we share with my friends?" I asked "Well if you have friends with you its okay.."

"Its.. okay I'm... all alone... anyway" he said and bowed. Okay, he may be cute yet he is somehow strange and weird.

"Eh? Shin? What are you doing here?" Karyl arrived with a tray of our food

"Ah.. he is willing to share his table with us" I said and he nodded.

"Well that's good.. I'm sitting beside Shin" Karyl said and quickly sat beside him "Why are u soo cuttteee"

"Looks like someone's inlove" Cim said behind me. I bowed my head and said "Yeah xD "

"Huh?"

After eating, we thank Shin for the share and he went home. We're still at the mall, these girls like to shop and I can't say NO to them cause I don't want to be a killjoy.

"Look! There's a cute dress over there! Lets check it out."

Oh boy, this'll be a long day.

"Oh. Well well, what do I see??" Hey, I recognize that voice before... "Mr. Despicable Jerk is here"

"What the-"

"What? Got lost, puppy?"

"Tch. Thats not what I mean." he 'tch' again. Seriously, is there something in his gum? "Lets go"

He grabbed my arm and pulled me behind him. "Hey! Obviously you saw my friends there or are you too blind to see that?"

"Just shut up and come with me" Urgh. And of all people, why does it have to be him to show up? -_-

He dragged me to his car and drove off to nowhere cause you know why? We've been driving for 4 hours already, nonstop. Unlimited gas? Urgh... get me off of here!!

"You look worried" he began to speak. Yeah, we've been silent. Its an awkward atmosphere that didn't allow us to speak.

"Yeah right. Who wouldn't be? We've been driving for 4 hours already. Feels like your gonna rape me or whatever"

"Cut the drama, miss. We're almost there" I just stuck my tongue at him and sat comfortably, looking out the window.

I don't get why he dragged me all the way here and I really want to know why.

We arrived past 8:00 pm. He just dragged me here to this neat looking house. Really, its meat---- wait this I just said meat? I mean neat. I'm just hungry.

"Ah, by the way, can I have your phone?" he asked and held his hand.

"What for?"

"My grandma doesn't like phones." he said as he recieved my phone. "What? You dragged me here to your grandmother's place?!"

"Sh. Don't shout. She probably might be sleeping so shut up" Oh yeah, like I could shut up in this late of the night. -_-

"Why did you bring me here anyway? Why not Cim? She knows you pretty well. And Karyl knows you too. Both of them! And why me?!" I whispered. We went inside without knocking. I told him that its bad yet he won't listen. Stubborn.

"Look, all we have to do is grab the book my grandmother took from me and after I'll drive you back home" he snapped. "Tch. Fine. Whatever"

"Good"

So all this time, he just wants to get his stupid book where his grandmother took it from him? Yet so, why does he have to drag me here? Urgh.....

"Got it. Lets go" he grabbed my hand and we all ran off outside.

It was strange though, it was all pitch dark and blurry yet when he hold my hand, suddenly it turn light. OmO

Oh glob, what the heck was I thinking????

We went out, hands were still together. My heart won't stop beating. Wait...... what?!! "Uhm.."

I think he knew what I mean so he let go of me. "Sorry."

"Okay..."

Why does it suddenly feel awkward????

"Here" I turned my head to look at him and he grabbed something on his pocket. He showed me a chupa chups lollipop. My glob my favourite *0*

"Uh.. thanks. But I'll save it later" I put inside my pocket and smiled at him. Maybe he's not that kind of a despicable guy..

"..Lets go meet that Dining Station we passed by awhile ago. To make it up for you" he said and scratch his back.

"What? Well sure. But why are you being cute? You don't look good on it" I joked. "Funny"

I just laughed and we went to the diner for dinner. After eating, he drove me back home. Yeah its like past midnight now.

"Thank you." I said.

"For what?"

"For this day. It was tiring though yet, it was fun" he smiled as I begin to smile. He's really not that kind of a despicable guy.

"Well good night. Bye" he drove away and I went inside. My parents already infront of me.
