Heeey!

I'll be posting this earlier than I expected seeing someone is demanding me to post it earlier than I planned it to.

I decided to write this when inspiration struck me while watching a Try Guys video of Zach telling everyone about a secret he had been hiding for almost two and a half years. And was touched by his gesture and he made some good points about his reason why he decided to do such a thing.

There are things that Brendan would say that I directly took from the video. So not all of the words are my own.

And this might be the only fic where I actually named the female character. So I hope you would enjoy reading this one because this dives into what it takes to a celebrity to be dating under the the public eye.

"Are we in love if nobody knows? Well, I guess it's a secret."

The song ended in a fade with the famous singer, Brendan Murray, eyes unfocused as if staring blankly at an empty wall, thoughtful.

If one would give attention to his description box, they would find a link to an unlisted video. The singer never mentioned what it was, no hints or announcement about an unlisted video in his social media accounts.

Yet, it hadn't stopped his fans from clicking the link to see what it was.

What made hundreds of girls confused and wonder was his chosen title of the video. It made them start thinking what he might mean.

It was a simple 'My Secret'.

The video started with a spacious living room coming into view. A second later, a nervous looking Brendan came into view and sat down cross legged on the floor.

The dark haired boy smiled to the camera, running a hand through his hair. Taking a deep breath, he leaned towards the screen and said, "Hey I'm Brendan and I have a secret."

"For the last four years since the X Factor I had been asked about my relationship status. And I had only one answer," he spoke as a series of clips shows him saying he is single.

"I always said that I would be focusing more in my career and music, that romance and relationships can wait. There will be a time where I am more established and might start looking for someone to be beside me."

"But everything changed when I met her, my secret," he slowly spoke up, a smile threatening to blossom on his handsome face. His bluish green eyes held that twinkle everyone never noticed until now.

"My secret is smart, she's sweet, she can hold her liquor better than I do," he giggled in fondness. "And every single day I find something new to love about her."

Hands cupping his face, a smile that reached from one ear to another was seen. It was as if just thinking about her made him giddy and blushing. "Meeting her had been the greatest thing that might have happened in my personal life."

"She supports me in every single thing I do. Encouraged me through the toughest time in my music career. Told me to never give up and continue doing what I love."
