I frowned as I looked over myself.
Why did this happen AGAIN?, I thought. Now I'm reminded of the car crash and I'm having sad feels.Yep. I was a human again. And standing by a birch tree in the center of a college courtyard. People of literally all colors of the rainbow were bustling around me, textbooks and laptops in hand. When I saw the colors, I began to think I wasn't fully human.
I looked at my attire.
I had an off-the-shoulder gray shirt that came to the middle of my stomach and was printed with the Berk crest. A black and gray striped tank top lay under my shirt and was slightly wrinkled at the hips. I wore a pair of snug capris that stopped at my calves, and a pair of familiar grey Converse sneakers adorned my feet. I felt the weight of a backpack on my shoulders, and took it off. Inside was a laptop. I pulled it out and opened it, and my reflection shone in the screen. I jumped. My skin was gray, and I had the same markings as my dragon self. What in the name of Starwing is this place?!, I thought. I examined my hair. It was blue, and tipped with black and white at the ends, and a dashing black fedora rested atop my head.
I frowned again, despite the fact I looked rather cute. Why did I have to become human AGAIN? Or at least, mostly human....
I looked around, putting away my laptop and putting on my backpack. There were normal-looking humans, and then ones with brightly colored skin. Then, one of them caught my eye. A fat guy who looked about nineteen walked along, staring at a tablet and listening to music or something. A girl with brownish skin and yellow and purple spots of about the same age and girth walked next to him. Her eyes were yellow, she had a pug nose, and a slight under bite. I gasped as realization punched me in the gut.
This was a different world entirely.
These two people were Meatlug and Fishlegs.
I scanned the area, looking harder.
I saw the twins with Barf and Belch, and Snotlout with Hookfang.
My eye twitched.
The riders were here, and their dragons as humans were here.
Then I saw her. A girl with long black braids and an angled, pale face walked alongside a girl with gold skin and ocean blue hair. I narrowed my eyes, despite who this was.
It was Heather.
And it looks like she had gotten a dragon.
I had seen episode 11 of Riders of Berk, and, despite the fact that Heather and Astrid became friends, I never fully liked her. She had betrayed Berk and nearly ruined the Hiccstrid shipping I had put so much faith and devotion into.
Then someone tapped my shoulder. I looked around, and a beautiful girl with long blonde plaits that cascaded over her left shoulder smiled warmly at me, looking at me through sky blue eyes.
It was Astrid.
