Suki always had a thing for stars. Just the thought that they always shine, even on the darkest night, even if they are covered by big dark clouds, they are always there shining, they help her keep in mind the most important fact of them all; that there is always light, you just have to keep looking until you finally find it, see it.Her father used to take her out to the nearest field from our house, they always layed down onto the grass and searched for shooting stars. He always told his daughter that every person on Earth has a star on the sky, and when someone dies, their star fades out too, and the good thing is that every time a star dies, a new one ignites.
The memories made Suki smile as she was lying in the grass, imagining her father doing the same next to her body. If I die tonight, I hope a beautiful child will be born, to replace me in this cruel world. I hope they will make Earth a better place. She thought.
She managed to reach for her guitar using her right hand, as her left one felt like wasn't a part of her anymore. It went cold and motionless, and it was probably the reason Suki started to feel more dizzy by each passing minute. She was sure she was slowly bleeding out.
„May we meet again, Papa." She whispered staring at the sky once again, a single tear rolled down her temple.
Suki was not afraid to die; but somehow she still felt like she was going to be saved, but she lost her senses to the point where the girl could not even hear the bird flying past above her, only see it's blurry body.
Suddenly, as she was not counting on it, two heads appeared above the girl's weak body and as one of the men tried to get Suki to answer his questions, she lost consciousness of everything around her.
._._._._
Suki loves mornings, mostly the sunrise. The most beautiful thing on this planet must be the way the stars and the moon sink into the horizon to let the sun shine. They know when is their time to make different people feel hopeful, some find peace in the brightness of the sun, some in the fact that the moon could shine in the dark too.
She opened her eyes after five minutes of enjoying the sunlight caressing her cheeks. She sat up and looked around the room. Wait! This isn't my apartment. Her heart skipped a beat after her memories helped her analyze the situation. She was saved, and it looks like treated, healed too. Suki quickly gazed around the room, taking in every information. The stone walls were a little crumbled but painted white, light brown carpet covered the ground. The first thing she saw was a sofa, with clothes and small bags plastered over it, then a dresser, that reached to the ceiling, and finally another bed. It wasn't made, but there wasn't anyone in it.
The girl crawled out of the bed, and carefully placed her toes onto the carpet. It felt rough and cheap. Suki's attention was quickly drawn to her dead left arm. It felt.. different? She slowly raised the limb and to her surprise, it was made out of wood, starting at her elbow.
She gasped a little at the sight. Was it really a puppet's hand put onto her? She never used, or fought with puppets before, so she just sat there and tried to figure out how to make this thing move using chakra. After 20 minutes or so, it finally seemed to move the way she wanted it to. She could use it, at least for as long as she meets the person who gave it to her, and teaches her more complex movement.
Suki heard footsteps walking towards the door, and whoever it was, did not knock, neither hesitated to rush into the room. She gasped at the sight of the person, who seemed to be more scared of her at first when their eyes met.
„Holy shit; don't scare me like that, hm!" he breathed out putting his palm to his chest. It was surprisingly a very manly voice, considering the long blonde ponytail on his head. He wore dark grey sweatpants and a silver colored shirt, which had holes in it's fabric. Nonetheless, his clothes seemed pretty old and worn out.
