james groaned, he resented the fact he couldn't text sea more but auntie m was calling for him and he almost never saw her or andi so he went to see what was up.
he walked out and grabbed a slice of bacon from a plate on the counter and sat on one of the bar stools, a dopey smile still on his face from talking to sea... love. she had said she loved him. she had pointed out it wasn't a small list but that didn't matter to him, occupying a small fraction of her heart was enough. she loved him.
"ha! someone's love sick."
"what? i have no clue as to what you may be speaking of."
"come on, jay. you can't hide it from me."
"please stop, and. i know... i really like her. i miss her."
"damn, bro. you really like her."
"yeah... was there anything you or aunt m needed?"
"just breakfast, but since i got you here... tell me more about her."
~what's this? time... skip!
"-and i don't know... sea just feels... safe." james said and oh look, here's that smile again.
"well i ship it! sames? jea? seams? jamesea? ugh! impossible! how 'bout just... 'dreamers' aww! yep! love that."
james wanted to tell andi to stop, that they were being annoying... but he couldn't. them having a ship name made him warm inside, because even if it wasn't real, someone agreed that him and sea would be great together. someone was already referring to them as a couple and even though he wasn't admitting that now, it's what he wanted.
