〈「[| LUCY HEARTFILIA |]」〉

The sky seemed so hollowly not today, the trees seemed so lifeless as the meadows turn to a dry river of bald terrain of dark orbs, and here I am, seating on my usual place where I go everytime I want to see nothing but my own mirror, my reflection, and my self to regain what had been the loss with a small walk around the vivid park,

I yawned and felt myself like falling back to a medium sleep, I gently stood up still from the almond roots and took a swift step to my apartment, the whole place was silent but I can sense the snores of sleeping creatures,

"Lucy!" Somebody from sight suddenly called out and appeared in the shadows making me startle, and I was relieved to see it was no other than Natsu,

"Natsu! You scared me to death!" I dramatically said and sighed, I heard his cheerful laugh that would make my heart to flutter,

"Gomen, Lucy. But you were the one who scared me to death instead." He quickly grabbed my hand and wrapped me with his warm hug, I felt shivers run on my spine, I felt myself hugging him back but something is pushing me back, I can't do it. "You truly scared me, Lucy. I woke up to see you asleep but you were nowhere no be found in your bed. I even tried looking you in the sink." He uttered,

"N-Natsu! Stop acting! You're not a good actor!" I teased him but instead of answering back, he just gripped me in his hands like he wanted not to let go of me anymore. "N-Natsu..." I gasped when I felt his warm breath on my neck, I felt my heart racing again. Why is he so romantic in a different way?!

"Do I look like I'm acting, Lucy?" He sighed and broke the hug, damn I crave for his hug more!! "But seriously, I thought you flushed yourself in the cubicle." Well looks like old Natsu's back,

"I'm not that stupid, baka!" I yelled to him and rolled my eyes, "At least not that stupid."

Natsu sneered and faked a cough, "Why are you outside, anyways in the middle of the night?" Natsu asked, I almost forgot he was still topless and was only wearing PJs, and wait, Oh my hugs! Did he just hugged me.... being topless? I just realized it so. My face turned crimson red immediately and so I looked away, thank you darkness, for thy had hid my visible blush.

"Like I should be the one asking you instead, why are you outside in the middle of the night?" I questioned back,

I saw him make-face, "Isn't it obvious, slowpoke? Of course I'm outside 'coz I was out looking for you everywhere for almost half an hour!" He poked my cheeks which I grapped and slapped.

"Don't you dare poke me on my cheeks, Natsu!"

"B-But I can't help it Lucy, you were blushing and I can't help myself but to poke it." He answered, I quickly froze like an ice statue, how good does his sight works?! "And why are you blushing, anyway?"

"I-I... I-Its hot! R-right..." I lied.

"But its close to December! You expect me to believe that piece of lie of no other woman but you, Lucy?" Natsu eyed me with accusing look, "Were you out in the night to remedy your secret affair with another man, huh. Lucy, with who?!"

I laughed at his assumptions and false accusation, "Why are you jealous, Natsu?" I teased. Well I hope he'd say 'Yes, I am. Happy now?' but who am I kidding, this isn't fairy tale, its Fairy Tail.

I heard him laugh to my words which was a complete OUCH on my part, "Are you joking with me, Lucy? Of course n-not! And why should I be anyways? Am not even your b-boyfriend!" He defended and started to walk, so defensive. I wonder why. And it seems like something's troubling him.

"W-Wait!" I rushed but his steps were way too big for me to catch up with him. What's his problem anyway?! Such a bipolar man who change moods every second.

Is he PMS-ing? Oh I hope not. But seriously, I'm close to breaking up with his stupid numbness!!!
