Chapter 8

"Ethan what are you doing here?" I say while looking down.

"I came to see you" he replied with a slight smile on his face. I held the door so he could walk in.

"Y/N... I know what happened today." He said with sadness in his voice as he walked in.

I feel my heart drop and say "Ethan I'm so sorry". He lifts my chin up with his fingers so I'm are looking into his eyes.

"I'm not mad Y/N. I'm glad your with Gray. He will take better care of you and I know it." He says.

I feel the guilt fill my stomach making me pull away and walk over to the couch. Before I could sit down I feel him grab my wrist and pull me around.

He says "I'm sorry for this Y/N but i have to before you leave me forever".

He kisses me before I could say anything. I kiss back. As i was kissing him the front door swings open. It was my dad...

"Dad what are you doing home so early?" I say pulling away from Ethan panicked.

"DON'T WORRY ABOUT ME. WHO THE FUCK IS THIS?!" He yelled while walking over to me raising his hand.

"I TOLD YOU NO BOYS!" He says while he swings his hand.

I flinch waiting for his hand to hit me. I waited a couple of seconds but it never hit me. I finally look up to see Ethan holding my dads arm.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you" Ethan said with a serious voice while staring my dad in the eyes.

My dad replies "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!" As he swings at Ethan with his other hand hitting him in his cheek.

"STOP" I yell while Ethan wiped the blood off his face.

My dad looks at Ethan and then looks at me. Suddenly my dad punches me right in the head. After that all I can remember is Ethan throwing a punch at my dad causing him to fall on the floor and getting on top of him and hitting him continuously. My head spins intensely until I black out.

I wake up in a room I've never been in before and in a bed i've never been in. I look around confused and see Ethan looking down at his phone on the chair next to me. (Cover photo) ^^

"How did I get here?" I say with a croaky voice to Ethan as he looks up from his phone to look at me.

"I brought you here" he said while looking back down at his phone like it was no big deal.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU BROUGHT ME HERE? YOU BARELY KNOW ME AND YOUR BRINGING ME TO YOUR HOUSE AND BEATING UP MY DAD?" I say while quickly standing up. I start to walk out of the room.

"I BROUGHT YOU HERE BECAUSE YOU DONT NEED TO BE WITH SOMEONE WHO TREATS YOU LIKE THAT" he yells back standing up.

"I brought you here because I care" he said looking down.

"Well stop caring" I say. There was a silence in the room.

"You need rest, get back into bed, Graysons coming back from the supermarket with food for you" He says then walks out the door.

My eyes well up with tears. My head is pounding from where my dad hit me and my vision is blurry. I decide to rest my eyes for a bit to stop the spinning and before I know it you fell asleep.
