After Being Released

The light drizzle didn't lighten me up. Especially after what happened.

I looked for a place to rest. The big city was usually so noisy when I first came, but now it was silent like someone had stuffed cotten balls in my ears. I trudged off the amusement park of Nimbasa City. I slipped in and found a place to rest. I lied down and rewinded how I lost my trainer.

"Let's go, Oshawott!" My trainer said, excited. I headed for the Nimbasa City gym. I was ready to battle even though I had less advantage. Tell that to my trainer. He couldn't understand a thing I said. But as we fought the trainers, we actually won so I thought he knew and was a good strategist. I was also surprised we both didn't throw up while riding the roller coasters. Miraculously, we had beaten Elesa's Zebrastrika. But with Emolga, we weren't so lucky. I became very close to fainting with Emolga's volt switch. Then as Emolga used aerial ace, I slipped into unconciousness. When I woke up in a pokemon center, he set me free and left me. He went to catch another pokemon and that was the last time I saw him.

He had been so kind when he first got me. Now, he just released me just because we lost in a gym. Who could be that heartless?

I woke up to the sound of the Pokemon Musical. I wish I could go. I wanted to put on props and-snap out of it. I thought. The rain had stopped. Sad. I always enjoyed drizzles. Used to get me excited.

Just then, I heard someone say, "A challenger for the gym! Have you come to battle Elesa again?" I spun in the direction of the gym. And there he was, my old trainer.

The word 'again' made him grimace. I guess it reminded him of me. I hid near him, only to get spotted. Dang. He noticed me.

He stared for a minute, like he was surprised to see me, then ignored me. That, made me mad.

I used water gun to get the pokeball out of his hand. Sure enough, it worked. The ball skidded out of his palm, bounced on the pavement twice, and a pokemon got out. It was a Drlibur. It was a ground-type, so it was no match for me. But good for the electric types except Emolga.

Does he ever learn from his mistakes? Does he want to get defeated by Elesa's Emolga again? Wow, he is stupid. Well, he could use normal-type moves like slash.

While I was thinking about that, he ordered Drilbur to use slash on me. Guess he learns. He was so close when I noticed, but I dodged by ducking. That's right, I'm more agile.

Then he opened another pokeball, and it was a Joltik. Won't be much use against aerial ace but better than nothing. But if he wanted a fight, I'll give him one.
