Shannon's POV

It was silent. And then, out of nowhere, our hands touched.

I didn't look at him he didn't look at me.

Our hands touched again. He held my hand.

He looked at me. I looked at the ground.

With his other hand, he put his hand below my chin, and put my head up. I looked at him. He bit his lip.

I smiled. He leaned in for a kiss, I turned my head, causing him to kiss my cheek.

"Playing hard to get??" He said.

"Maybe." I said.

And then the bell rang. School was over. We got our backpacks, and went to the bus.

I saw Trevor in one seat, and Yvonne in the other. I sat next to Yvonne. "How was the tour?" She asked.

"Check your phone." I said.

S: he leaned in for a kiss...😏

Y: OMFG TELL ME MORE😱

S: I turned my head, so he kissed my cheek.

Y: hard to get??

S: yea😏

And it was my bus stop.

"Bye!" I said and waved.

I went off the bus, and crossed the street and went into my house. I went it my room. Before I could close my door, "SHANNON!!!!" My mom screamed.

"Yes mom?!??" I screamed back.

"We are having dinner at the moran household today."

"Why?!?"

"Because I said so. Now, don't complain. And wear something pretty, you're fashion choice is pathetic!"

I slammed my door, threw my bag on the floor, and sat at my desk. I looked out the window, it was Trevor. I waved.

He pointed at his phone, signaling me to check my phone.

T: did you hear about dinner??

S: yea.

T: I don't get it... Why do we even have to dress fancy? 😒

S: idek it's pathetic. 😑

I turned around and went to my closet, to find something to wear for tonight.

I called him.

I ended the call. I threw my phone. And cried into my pillow.

I wiped off my tears and shut the curtains. I put on a one shouldered short red dress. With sparkles.

I put on some mascara, and eyeliner. And little eye shadow. I put on some lipstick. And grabbed my clutch. I grabbed my cardigan, in case it was i was a little cold. And I went over next-door to Trevor's house.

I rang the doorbell.
