The doppelganger (Attack on titan)

Secret maneuver

Ellen, Eren, Captain Levi, and Misaka were all getting closer to wall Maria slicing up Titans . They were days away from getting to Eren's father basement and Ellen was overly excited because she could get some of her own answers of her own. Levi and Eren were twenty feet ahead of each other while Ellen was behind with Misaka. Misaka still didn't trust Ellen but she realized that her affects were more towards Captain Levi then they were Eren.

(Levi) " Two more over on the right Ellen and Misaka head that direction. Eren come with me there's some fifty feet ahead of us."

(Ellen) " Yes..Captain.."

(Misaka) " Yes Sir"

Ellen and Misaka were slicing through the two titans like they were nothing but the way Ellen jumped with such malicious intent . It remembered Misaka of Eren When he was training and trying so hard to prove himself. There was some similarities between the two but Ellen didn't take pride in her titan take downs she just did it without any remorse like Levi would. It was a little aggravating but the more time they spent the more together it seemed also like they were becoming close friends. They landed on the closest place which happened to be a tall tower and Misaka turned Ellen to speak her mind.

(Misaka) " Hey...Ellen?"

(Ellen) " Yes.. Misaka"

(Misaka) " Are you in love with Captain Levi?"

(Ellen) " Huh..well truthful..I admired at first but the more time that passes I can't help but feel myself wanting to be more with him"

(Misaka) " I see..I saw you two kissing and was curious since both of you seemed silent or rather disinterested since then"

(Ellen) " Well this mission is important for Mankind and I didn't want to distract Captain with emotions"

(Misaka) " I understand that but what happens when this is all over then what will you do?"

(Ellen) " I'm not sure how to answer that question but I do know I will always cherish whatever moments I do have in this squadron"

They stood in silent when Levi and Eren appeared feeling the awkward tension between them. Eren grabbed Misaka whispering something in her ear then they left the rooftop. Levi turned to Ellen with a look of concern but he masked it a moment later walking up to the young cadet.

(Levi) " Ellen..are you okay?"

(Ellen) " Huh..yeah I'm okay..it's just good to breathe the open air and knowing that someday we might have the answers we seek is quite a relief"

(Levi) " The air is not too bad...but when we get the answers will it be enough once we know the truth of titans history."

They were quiet then Levi leaned forward cupping Ellen's face She had lean back and slouch a bit because he was shorter then her by a few inches.  Levi kissed Ellen and she wrapped her arms around his neck as they kissed deeply with there tongues . The kissing lasted ten minutes with heavy deep breathing but she saw Levi smile again. She seemed to be the only person to see his real smile and now it was like he only smiled for her or perhaps she was imagining things. Levi leaned by Ellen's ear then whispered:

(Levi) " Cadet..Ellen come to my room later tonight there's something I need to discuss"

Ellen was taken back because she never was invited to his room before and they have been kissing for over two weeks. She responded by saying:

(Ellen) " Yes..Sir..I will be there after Dinner"

(Levi) " Good"

Levi gave her one last kiss before they both parted to gather back in the other groups for debriefing . They made it to the temporary quarts they found which was more spacious then the barracks they were at before the long journey. In the back of Ellen's mind she had two possible thoughts going through her head. One was Levi mad about her performance or perhaps he wanted to tell her something personal. Either way Her face didn't show her concern for later that evening and Levi had planned to something to with Ellen but it was more of Surprise.
