Asrah pov

Few weeks after the rescue of my sister. We both resumed work.

At around 4:30pm we both returned home asif we planned it. We showered, say our sallah. And both entered the kitchen to prepare dinner. We prepared our father's favourite meals bake a cake 🎂 for desert. And both retired back to our rooms to pray maghrib.

Its just few minutes after i finished my solah....i had taken my dinner earlier with my father and sister.

Our father left for his room immediately after the dinner and it was only me and my sister.

...both of us were in living room watching TV when my phone silently beeped...

I said to my sis while getting up:fish I want to receive a call ...will join you back soon inshallah!

Baraka with a faint smile:eeeeen!!!!greet them for me....

I tried to hide my smile:who is them?!

Barakah:them them now!

Me :  I don't know any "them" tho ....if u mean the caller can help extend your regard then! It is Raidat

I got to my room and saw a two missed call already!

I called the number back

and raidat never waited for it to ring twice before she picked it

Me : asalaam Alaikum friendie, foodie

Raidat : wa'laikis Salam warahamtullahi wabarakatuhu.... Barrister , how was your day! And office

Me :Alhamdulilah dear not stressful nd stressfull

Raidat :Good....my dear let me Go striaght to the matter...i have something very important to discuss with you Asrah

Me: hope no problem dear. Am all ears

Raidat :No problem, Since the day we met as friend, I have never seen you with any guy which has anything to do with relationship.

Me:yes gaskiya. I Am not ready for that may be. Or may be I haven't gotten the right choice

Raidat :Good..... Friend Wallahi your type  is rare...i  have always want to have relationship beyond friend with you.

Me :we are more than friends we are sisters

Raidat: yes i want to be your sister inlaw soon Asrah

Me :emmmm!!when the right man for that appears inshallah you will be (madam) me i want to Watch movie fa. This one you talking differently today.

Raidat with joy: i have a fiance for you my dear

Me with shock : who?

Raidat : my cousin kabir!
He called me to inform me how much he loved you from the First time he set his eye on you. But He has no chance of expressing it

Me : hmmmmmmm (I think of him every time too)

Raidat :yes Asrah please he is so religious ..and I thought u guys would be a perfect match if u end up together.

Me :okay

Raidat:So Asrah ,if u don't mind me giving him your contact for a trial and to know each other well before u decide?!

Me after heavy sigh: madam you know me to well don't  give men my number...but sofar it's coming from my bestie whom I trust....u can go ahead...but dear ...with due respect, help me tell the brother in case I say No he shouldnt bother persuading me cos my No is No .(trying to hide my joy)

Raidat :I pray u wouldn't say No to him because he truly loves you and he need someone like you.

Me : okay ma.....

Raidat : yeah! that's it....anyways... I will send the number to him and pls treat my Brother well wifey bestie

Me :no problem inshallah.

Raidat :great.....so inshallah expect his call anytime from tomorrow then.

Me:so how is every one over there mom, and others.

Raidat :All fine, my regards to barakah and dad. Have a wonderful night. Wifey

We both laugh and she ended the call.

I was happy because i  will be talking to the angel that saves her sister's life and the man who captures my heart for the first time

"Oh Allah! Does this feelings means iam in love??? In love with kabir " i said to my self.

I Quickly perforned ablution and pray to Allah for guidiance.

I went back to the sitting room. I felt like sharing the gist with my sister but i trust her she will definitely inform my dad about that which I don't want to.

We watch movie through the Night....
Actually i was not watching i was thinking about Him.

Raidat called her Brother informed him of the step she has taken and then she forwarded the number to him with a Goodluck message.

She gisted her siblings including her mum and everyone was happy to hear that.
