Chapter One

Hey guys, My name is Auden Marie Smith i'm 17. I'm 5'5 Brownskin and im thick in all the right places that's what guys say and i'm mixed with puerto rican, black,indian and cuban. But i'm more purto rican thoe. I'm from LA But when i was 7 My mama wanted to move our family to NOLA because of her new job so that's where i be . I live in downtown N.O but it ain't that bad only because i seen people die everyday so im use to it . Life was good only i turned 14 , Two weeks after my birthday my Father got mudered in front of our house nobody know who did it but i know somebody know something. After my father died my mama started doing drugs and she got re-married to my stepdad he is the one who got her hooked on drugs. I hate him with everything in me he took my mama and he took something very speical to me . When i was 15 my mama had to go visit my granny for 2 weeks in LA and she left me here with her man and every night he would come into my room while i was sleep and wake me up and rape me, One day he had his friends come over and they all raped me one by one and ever since than i never look at him or say anything to him when my mama leave i go with August . August is my bestfriend he has been my bestfriend since we were 8 and ever since we've been closer than ever we told eachother everything but i never told him about the things my step- i mean nick did to me i never told anybody i wouldn't tell my mama because she wouldn't believe me. So i live with fear and i live with hate for mama and Nick.

Auden POV

" AUDEN GET THE HELL UP !!!" My bestfriend August yells at me while pulling my cover from over my head . He wakes me up every morning like this it gets annoying i'm not a moring person , he does it every day but i never got use to it and i never will .

" August if you love me let me sleep 5 more minutes " i said while pulling my cover back over my head, i hate mornings and why do i have to wake up anyways its saturday .

" Audii come on. We have to go NOW !!" August respond while grabbing my cover and putting it into the hallway , sometimes i want to kill him. He knows i'm not a morning person and where are we going at 7:30 in the morning on a SATURDAY ?

" Augii it's Saturday and it's 7:30 where in the hell are we going this early ?" I whinned, finally getting up walking over to my closet to find something to wear.

" We gotta' go somewher' so hurry up girl" August said walking out my room so i can get ready. I went into the bathroom and took a 15 minute shower when i got out i wrapped myself up in a towel and took care of my Hygiene stuff and went into my room and put on my black lace banduea and my white lace boyshorts . I Put my shoulder length hair into a high bun and applied my make up than got dressed into my outfit i picked out .( OUTFIT IN EXTERNAL LINK ) I grabbed my bag and my phone,money and my keys and went into the kitchen where August was on his phone.

" You ready ?" August asked looking from his phone.

" Yeah , Uhh did you see my mama when you got her' ?" i asked while getting a apple and a water from the fridge.

" Na' when i came the door was cracked open so i just thought she was her' but when i looked around i ain't see her so i was thinking she was up in her room or some." he replied looking back at his phone. It's unlike my mom to leave the door cracked she'll leave it unlocked but never cracked open, she probably didnt close it all the way so i'm not finna sweat nothin'.

" Oh okay , but where we going ?" i asked while sitting on the counter next to august.

" Somewher' so c'mon" he said while walking to the front door with me far behind. We walked outside to his Black range rover. He started up and drove down the street, I cut on the radio and IDGAF By Jacquees came on so i was turnt up singing along.

" I DON'T GIVE A FUCK ( Nah Shawt ) I DON'T GIVE A FUCKKK ( Ow Yeah ) If he finds Out." I sang along dancing to the beat in my seat . That's when my phone start ringing i looked at the screen to see who it was and it was my on again off again boyfriend Mikey were currently on right now so ya' girl all caked up ( Laughs ) I picked up.

" Hello ?"

" What you doin' Beautiful ?" Mikey asked making me smile.

" Nothin' in the car with August "

" Wher' ya'll finna go ?"

" I honestly don't know he just came over and woke me up and tol' me we finna go somewher' but didn't tell me wher' to so i ain't sweatin' it "

" Oh , so when you finna be back i wanna spend sometime with my lady " he asked sounding jealous

" i'm going out with the crew lata on" i lied, August looked over at me and shook his head because he knew i was lying.

" Damn, you always spending time with August but can't spend time with yo man . What you fucking August na' ?" he yelled.

" Mikey we not gon' go ther' right na' , And no i ain't fucking August . Call me back when you done acting like a kid , Bye Mikey ." i said befor hanging up. I put my phone back into my bag and looked over at August who was smirking.

" What are you smriking fo' ?" i asked looking at him.

" Nothin' just because yo 'Boyfriend' thinks we got something going on besides friendship" he said turning his attention back on the road.
