Chapter Seven

Auden POV

I woke up the next morning wrapped in Augusts' arms, I looked over at him and he was up watching TV. He looked at me and smiled he kissed my forhead and let me out of his arms, I walked into my bathroom and did my hygien stuff I walked back in my room and saw August on my phone. 

"Why are you on my phone?" I asked. Walking over to my bed getting my footies.

"Just looking at your screensavaa' ."He told me. I looked at it and it was the picture of me and August when we were at the park coming down the slide, That day was the best day i ever had since my father died. At the thought of my papa and now my brother being gone made me cry.

"They're gone Aug, They're gone." I cried onto his chest. He wrapped his arms around me making me feel better after a few minutes i was feeling better then befor.

"You hungry?" August asked still with his arms wrapped around me.

"Yeah."I said. He nodded and un-wrapped his arm from around me and got up he put his slides on and i put my footies on. He grabbed my hand while we made our way downstairs to see Nick on the couch. OMG! Why?

"So you got niggas in my house now?"Nick asked me. I looked at him with a stell face.

"First this my daddy house you just living in it. Second i can have who ever i wont in MY house you ain't my daddy." I said rolling my eyes at me while me and August walked into the kitchen.

"Bitch I don't got-" Nick was out off by my brother Derek and my little sister Breyanna from my dad side coming in. One time my mama and dad had broken up and he got another woman pregant so that's where Breyanna Alexander Smith came about. Breyanna is 6 ,Derek looked at Nick than back at me, Nick got up and left. Derek never liked Nick that's why he lives in LA when my mama first got married to Nick he couldn't take Nick disrespecting my mama and moved back to LA with my granny, Sometimes I think I should've gone with him maybe my life would be a little better then what it is now. Speaking of my mama where is she?

"SISSYYY"My little sister Breyanna  yelled running over to me. I gave her a hug and picked her up and put her on the counter. Yanna look just like me and our father she just got her mama eyes. Yanna was a smaller version of me, We both have that sassy attitude and we're both daddies girls. She's my mini me.

"Hey Yanna." I said.

"Who's that?" She asked pointing to August.

"That's my bestfriend August." I told her.

"Oh, Hi." She said with a big smile.

"Hey." August said smiling at her. Derek walked over to the kitchen and pulled me into a hug and kissed me on my forhead. I haven't seen Derek in 3 years.

"Auden why you gotta' be so damn grown now? I remember when you were 5 now you 18." Derek said smiling at me. Me and my sibling had one great relationship, We were super close.

"Shhh, Don't remind me of those crazy days." I said with a laugh. I was one crazy 5 year old i would wake everyone up just because i was up and needed somebody to play with.

"Yeah. Who's your friend?" Derek asked. Derek knows who August is it's just he never seen him in so long and with all the facial hair and tattoos he doesn't really look the same.
