Crystal Log (Chapter 2)

Dipper's POV;

"What is this?" I mumbled while asking myself. I suddenly saw a huge beam of light flash before my eyes, what's going on? I felt something cold, but a sort of smoothly rough sort of object. Then I looked down while the bright light faded away, I see the Crystal shard in my hands. I suddenly noticed that the shard was a bit smaller than it was before. Is this a prank? Is it fake? Well whatever it is, I may want to keep the shard just in case, Mabel has this locket at home I could probably use it for the shard, for now, it seems small enough to fit in the locket. 

Compared to the last time I saw the locket. I'm sure Mabel won't mind if I use it. I start to walk back to the Mystery Shack, but I then saw another bright blue light, "Where are these things coming from?" I said in a questioned tone, continuing to walk, questioning every blue light I see flashing in my face. I walk over to the bright blue light, and I see a log with blue Crystal shards sticking out of each angle I look at it. I walk over to the log with the shard in my hands. I stare at the log for 3 blank seconds and then sit on it, not worried about the shards that could stab me. 

"What are these things and where are they coming from?" I suddenly felt a slight tingle, coming from beneath my hat and on my back just above my butt, I lift my hat to take a sneak peek at where the tingle was coming from. I see two little fluffy brown things sticking out of my head, two little triangles that are slowly taking their form into, something I wasn't quite sure about. "What are these things, and why are they so small?" I said, shaking my head to see if they would come off, thinking they might be detachable. "Wait," I thought to myself for a second or two, "these are ears!" I yelled, while freaking out in my head, I figured the tingle coming from my back just above my butt must be a tail. I checked to question my theory, just in case, there was a tail I had to check. I saw a small little ball of fur, a tail growing to take its form as a much larger tail. 

"What is this, is this from the crystal?" The log. I thought the log must have more of an impact on these things to be growing so fast, because of how many shards there are. I picked up the log, surprisingly it's light enough for me to carry it, even with my spaghetti arms. I took the log back to the mystery shack and walked past Grunkle Stan, trying to hide the shards coming out of the log so he wouldn't suspect anything out of it, as well as trying to hide my tail and ears. I went into my room, locked the door and grabbed a knife, I put the log on a table and stared at it. "What am I doing? I'm so stupid, this has to be a prank," I said, in disbelief. I put the knife away and went downstairs, doing everything I can to try and stop the tingling.

Then, remembered the locket. I ran upstairs looking everywhere for it, surprisingly, I found it, laying around. What a coincidence. I put the shard into the locket. "Good thing it fits," I said, looking around. 

"What's that Pinetree?" that voice... I hear a voice behind me, a male voice, I quickly turned around to see what, or who it was. I saw a tall man, whose voice sounded quite familiar. Is that, Bill? I stared into the tall man's eyes, questioning my theory. 

"Why yes, Pinetree~ it is me." I looked him up and down, to see a tall man with black hair and blonde from, maybe the middle of his hair, slowly flowing down into the tips. He was wearing quite a long yellow jacket, that hung over him and split into two just at the end of his cape. Slightly tanned, as well with a white dress shirt and a black bow tie attached to it, black pants that go down to his feet, moulding into boots over his feet. He had black sleeves with two black gloves, and a cape hanging just behind him over the jacket but a quite small cape, around 9 or 10 inches long. As well as an eye patch over his right eye. 

"BILL?" I shouted out in shock, trembling in my shoes.

Sorry, this is so short guys! I'm not feeling the greatest right now, but I will continue writing for you guys just maybe not too long unless you guys want me to, please tell me if you guys want me to write longer for each chapter.
