Ch. 8

Baloo's P.O.V.
It was nightfall in the jungle and I was trying to get some berries from Babda (made up name. I own it.) bushes when I saw a man-cub but it was female. So I quietly grabbed her fortunately she panicked.  " Hey it's alright man-cub. Let's just go to my cave where it's warm." I suggested to her. She seemed to calmed down a bit.  We walked about a long distance to my cave. "Man-cub welcome to my cave. Home sweet Home." I said with a yawn. "My name is Aaliyah.  What's yours bear?" She asked with the cutest voice.  "Please to meet you Aaliyah my name is Baloo. " I said yawning.  With that we took a long rest until morning.

Bagheera 's P.O.V.
I searched for her. I searched everywhere. Then I found myself in Kaa's swamp.  Great. I thought miserably.  It is that you search for the man-cub Panther?  She is s-s-safe. She is with the bear. Y-you know that s-she does not belong here yet you keep her. Why is t-that Panther? Kaa asked as she slithered down the tree near me. "She's important to me, Kaa. I have to keep her safe. " I told my friend.  Kaa looked at me concerned. Well my f-f-friend you must find her then before the tiger does. Kaa warned me. I thanked her running to the other side of the swamp where i came across the other side of the jungle.

Baloo' s P.O.V.

" Look for the bare necessities, a simple bare necessities. Forget about your worries and your stripes. I mean the bare necessities. " I sang along the river. Aaliyah joined in with me a few minutes later.  Then she patted me on my belly. " Baloo...look." she said scared.  I swam to shore growling.  "Alright show yourself!!!" I bellowed to whoever was in the bushes.  Then out came my best friend. Bagheera.

Bagheera 's P.O.V.

I  finally found her. I finally found Aaliyah with Baloo by the river. " Bagheera!!!!" Aaliyah greeted me by hugging my neck. " Oh, Aaliyah.  Are you alright? Are you hurt?" I asked. She told me that she was fine and told me about meeting Kaa.  Truly I was relieved that she is okay.  I would have never been able to handle it in vice versa. " Bagheera. My most favorite panther. " Baloo said with a smile.  " Uh, Baloo I'm your only friend and the only panther in the jungle. " I reminded him but I can tell he was only playing.
