Chapter 1

"Hey Starla! Who's your daddy?" I heard the one person I absolutely despise.. Aria Woods. She is strong, beautiful, and a prick. She ruins her look with the attitude and her foul mouth. I smirk at her. "Nobody here that's for sure. And what about you? You aren't as strong as you pretend to be. I've seen you're 'training' all you are working is your throat and your lips with the amount of dick you swallow. In fact, I got you something.." I reach into my purse and grab the 50 cent condom that I bought in the bathroom at the mall, and I threw it at her having it land at her feet. The title Durex extra small shined at her face as she turned red in the face. "Why you fucking bitch!!" She growls eyes turning into her wolfs. I laugh, "don't forget me I'll be back." I call to her turn around and walk to class, the students who had gathered around giving me a pathway.

I walk outside and look at my pack I've known all my life. The Ambersky pack, under Alpha Thorin. He is a good alpha I've seen some of the decisions he had to make as I am the Beta's daughter, but I know I don't belong here. I need to tell my mom that I will be leaving. "Hey idiot I heard about your little word battle with blonde bitch. I'm so proud to have you as my friend." My best friend Aster walks up. "Hey Az. Yeah I was surprised I didn't see you in the crowd. Where were you?" I ask tilting my head to the side letting my longish dark purple hair tumble off to the side. "Oh you know dealing with moron and fucktard." Aster replies talking about her 2 younger brothers who are buttheads. "Of course. I need to tell you something Az..." I respond getting quiet near the end as the bell rings to signal end of lunch. "I'll tell you after school though." I say to Aster as I pick up my bag. 'Can't wait to be out of this hell-hole of a school' I think to myself. It is my last year in high school and now I have calculus. Bleh.
As I maneuver through the onslaught of kids and navigate to my class I feel something strange move within me. I take no mind thinking it was probably just gas or something and I enter the classroom and sit in the table 5 rows from the front nearest to the entrance. I'm an average kid and barely passing calculus. I watch the kids rush in right before the bell wishing I knew if one of them was to be my mate. There was one kid who was kinda hot and I was interested in and he happened to sit right behind me. I smiled to myself. He was a no good kid, a real rebel you might say he has super soft fluffy hair he wears a bandanna almost every day. And it normally changes color today he is wearing a black bandanna with some sort of paisley print on it. He is wearing a black tee and showing off his piercings proudly. His hazel eyes showed pride and fierce fiery attitude that every one, but the teachers, admired. Sometimes kids would push him over the edge and he would snap. And oh boy was he cute. Even his name is cool Travion Ramzi O'Connell.
"And Ms. Rain do you know what the answer to this equation is?" I snapped out of my daze as the teacher Mr. Johnson called on me. After a quick glance at the board I knew what it was. "24 and 7/8ths sir," I respond bored. As much as I hate calculus I for whatever reason am pretty good at it. "Very good, but please at least look like you are interested. I can't have you dozing off." I nod my head in response as the bell rings. Great time for my final class Spanish 2.. I failed it last year, I just don't get it. Hell I barely know English and now you want me to learn a different one?! I groan inwardly. I head to class walking in right as the bell rung taking a seat in the far back corner close to a window. Mrs. Hull walks in she is an ancient woman who will only talk in Spanish. Half way through the class I notice something a pair of eyes out in the woods. I narrow my eyes and contact the principal 'there is a rogue on our campus be careful.' I then send him a picture of what I see and next thing I hear over the speakers "everyone we are in a code yellow. It is on the verge of code red this is principal Simon stating this." And it shuts off and just like that the curtains are closed and Mrs. Hull drones on. And I grow restless I just want to go home and take a nap.
I hear a scuffle outside and then 'Code green everyone we are in a code green this is principal Simon stating this.'and with that school is let out.
I race to see my best friend Az out by the bus area. I spot her as soon as she spots me. "Starryyyyyy!" She calls out and races towards me enveloping me in a bear hug which I return heartily. "Hey you make it seem like we are dating," I say adding, "girlfriend." She grins, "Are we not? I even say I love you and kiss your cheek!" She finishes cheekily. I roll my eyes and then smirk sticking my tongue out at her, "you wish you could have some of this," I state sassily and toss my
hair over my shoulder grinning. We walked home talking about a little bit of this and that teasing each other the entire way home. Purposely forgetting that I need to talk with her.
