Ottos POV

"Otto shut the fuck up." Awsten laughed
"I have a condition." I responded
"No you fucking don't you just breathe loudly."

"Mhm." Geoff mumbled
"Geoff shut the fuck up." Awsten laughed once again
"Well sorry that I don't like silence."
"Can we just stay calm?" I started "there's a new girl in the building and I don't want to embarrass myself and I'm guessing you guys don't want to either."
Geoff nodded
"I've already embarrassed myself too much so....I'm okay with it!" Awsten said
The elevator dinged and we stepped out to see a pretty girl with long, dark brown wavy hair, a tiny bit of makeup, and a flowy yellow dress paired with some combat boots

"Hey I'm awsten! That's geoff, and that's Otto!" We all took turns to shake her hand
Her hand was smaller than mine but soft and smooth
"Hey, I'm Eliza." She smiled
"Pretty name." I stated
"Why thank you." She smiled brighter with a light hint of blush on her cheeks
Geoff elbowed me in my arm signaling I should stop talking
"So," awsten coughed "what job did you get here?"
"Oh, I'm a receptionist. Pretty boring, I know, but fun to be with all these people! On break I get to see them sing and play their instruments, it's quite amusing."
"Well today you're going to be seeing us play." I explained "I play the drums, Awsten's on guitar and the main vocals, and Geoff's on another guitar and backup vocals. Oh yeah! Our band is called Waterparks."
She smiled "I like that name for a band."
Awsten smiled at all of us raising his eyebrows as if he was saying 'hell yeah'

There was an awkward silence for a couple of seconds til Awsten's phone buzzed
"Someone fucking texted me the whole hit or miss song, oh wait I got a real text this time....damn, I gotta do the podcast I'll be back in an hour or earlier! Later guys, bye Eliza, it was nice meeting you!"
"Bye Awsten!" She waved a bit while he ran out to the elevator
"So..." I pondered "I guess we're not recording today, we could still hang out if you want?"
"Sounds fun." She nodded
"Im down." Geoff said
"What should we do?" Eliza questioned
"Play Zelda!" Geoff jumped
Eliza looked over to me for my opinion
I started thinking "Um, something different?"
"You're no fu-" geoff got stopped by a phone call "hello?" .... "okay, I'll be over in a sec. okay." ....."love you!" ..... "see you soon." He put his phone in his pocket "I have a child to take care of, enjoy your time, bye!"

"Guess its just us." Eliza looked up at me
"Guess so. Hey, want to get ice cream or something?"
"Sure! While we're at it you could tell me more about 'Waterparks'"
I smiled down at her

~time skippp~

Eliza laughed loudly "Wait really!?"
"Well yeah!" I chuckled back
"Awsten really threw a banana, and hit someone in the fucking neck with it?"
"Yes!" I laughed out "he was meant to just throw it but he knocked her the fuck down. Hope she's okay though." I smiled
"How does someone even do that?" She continued to laugh then take a lick of her ice cream
"Well if you've stuck with awsten for a while you would know that he's dumb as shit."
She giggled
"I like your laugh, it's cute."
Eliza smiled at me

I think I'm beginning to like her, like, like her
