ii. judging

for the competition, your scores are determined by the judging done by me and by the points you earn in the viewer voting.

I will be judging your graphics on the criteria listed below.

creativity - 10 points

fits the prompt - 15 points

skill - 5 points

overall look [fonts, colors, etc.] - 10 points

following the rules [rules 1, 6, 7] - 6 points

total - 46 points

your points throughout the competition are cumulative so be sure to get as many points as possible. round one will be a no elimination round, so you will have the chance to gather some points.

the viewer voting gives you a chance to earn additional points that will be added onto whatever score I have given you.

each round a first, second, and third place winner will be announced. the winners of the round will only be determined by the scores for that round, before the viewer points have been added. the contestant with the lowest cumulative score will be eliminated. keep a look out for a sudden death round where more than one contestant will be eliminated. the winner of the entire competition will be determined by the cumulative points.

I am giving points for following rules 1, 6, and 7 because those rules are the main ones I can keep track of out of all the rules listed for the competition. this may seem harsh, but it's important to me that all the contestants follow the rules outlined for this competition. additionally, it's not fair to contestants who are following the rules if all the contestants are not following them.
