Regan POV

I woke up and turned to look at my clock, it was 4:30am

'Damn' I mumbled to myself. I closed my eyes and tried to fall asleep again. I laid there restless and just staring at the dark filled room.

I tried to shut my eyes an zone out, that didn't work either.

I turned on my side and faced my clock again. It was now 4:43am

I sat up in my bed and tweeted

@ReganGili: yea, I'm aware it's 4:45am. But I guess I'm just excited for THE FIRST DAY OF MAGCON TODAY!!! Can't wait to meet all you lovely faces❤️

I continued to scroll through my social media until it was 5:40am

I had enough strength to throw myself out of bed and I decided to go for a run. I picked out one of my volleyball practice shirts and a pair of running shorts.

I went to the bathroom and slid on the material and tied my hair back in a loose ponytail.

I grabbed a light zip up jacket and slid on some socks and my nike free runs.

I wrote a note and left it on the nightstand for Mahogany.

Before walking out the door, I grabbed my phone and earbuds. I texted my brother what I was doing and closed the hotel door behind me.

"I saw your tweet?" Someone asked. I quickly turned my head to see Shawn standing in his doorway.

I nodded and gave him a strange look.

"Can't fall back asleep?" He asks

"Yea, I decided to go on a run instead." I explained.

"Oh well be careful and have fun" Shawn says with a smile and disappears back into his room.

I got downstairs and out of the hotel.I stretched my arms and legs for a quick second then shove my earbuds into my ears an took off.

I ran a couple of laps around the hotel and after 15 min, I finally walked back in with beads of sweat sparkling off my forehead.

I got up to my room to see mahogany had just woke up.

"Morning" I say with a smile.

"Where were you? I was about to get Jack!" She asked a little worried.

"Went out for a little run. Shawn knew where I was and I left a note on the nightstand."

"Oh ok. Well get ready, we have a big day today." Mahogany smiled.

I nodded and walked over to the bathroom and took a nice shower.

I got out and went back into the main room. I didn't have any cloths so I wrapped a towel around my body.

I looked through my drawers to find an outfit to wear.

I pulled out my floral crop top that had 'word' written across it and a pair of jeans with a couple of small rips. I changed into that and snuck a pair of black harem sweatpants into my bag just in case.

I slid on my white vans and went to the bathroom and applied some light foundation and some mascara. I didn't bother drawing a winged or cat eye today.

After I was done with my make up, I straighten my hair and let it hang down to the ends of my rib cage.

"Morning girls!!" I heard someone yell obviously knowing it was one of the boys.

I walked out of the bathroom and saw Jacob and Shawn invaded our room.

"Morning guys!!!" I yelled back as I went to go grab my guitar case and leave it next to the door.

"What are you guys up to?" Jacob asked.

"Mahogany is getting ready In the bathroom and I am packing my little bag." I explain while running back into the bathroom.

I grabbed a small bottle of perfume, deodorant and lotion.

I came back into the room and zipped up my bag. "Mahogany hurry up!!!" Shawn yelled.

"Coming!!" She yelled back. Within a couple minutes, Mahogany came out of the bathroom all dressed and ready to go.

As we were walking down the hall and towards the elevator, I pressed the button to open the doors.

I was standing ahead of everyone and waited patiently for the elevator to appear.

"REGAN I MISSED YOU!!!!!!" Someone yelled as the leaped out of the elevator and tackled me in a hug. I stumbled back and regained my balance before giving the person a hug.

"Wait who....?" I questioned while pulling away and saw my best friend Sam Wilks standing in front of me.

Shawn POV

"SAMMYYYY!!!!!" Regan screeched back as she tackled Sam in another hug.

He lifted her off the ground and she wrapped her legs around his waist.

"Why didn't you come and say hi to me when you got here." Regan pouted as she pulled away but her legs were still clinging into Sam's hips

"Sorry I was busy having bro time." He explained. "Whatever!! You're here now so that's all that matters!!!"Regan cheers as she buries her head in his neck

I stood there for a little while just staring at them. Every second they were hugging, I grew more angry.

"Oh yea...." Regan finally said and hopped of of Sam.

"Guys you all know Sam. But he's best friend back in my hometown. I haven't seen him in years!" Regan explains as they lock arms.

"I've known her since since she was a little baby" Sam exclaims as he pinches her cheeks

"Dude!!" Regan whines. "What? What happened?!" Sammy asked her frantically.

"You made me bite my tongue!" She whines and punches his arm.

Sam laughs and engulfs her in a hug. "I'm sorry baby!!" He says and places a kiss on her forehead

'Well that pissed me off' I thought but continued not to say anything.

"So should we get going now for rehearsals?" I questioned obviously wanting to move on.

They both nod and I pressed the button to open the door.

After a few seconds of waiting, the door finally happened.

"Ready set go!" Sam counts really fast and grabs Regan's waist from behind and pushes her into the elevator.

They both laughs and he walks into the elevator standing next to Regan.
