F.R.I.D.A.Y.S (JULIELMO VERSION)

First, I am giving credits to the original author. Di ko lang makita yung full name :/ Nakakakilig kasi :) I just needed to change some parts para mag bagay sa Julielmo  :) So here it goes….

Julie lay awake on her bed as she stared at the ceiling. It had been a long day and she was trying hard to sleep but just couldn’t. She looked at Maqui who was sound asleep beside her. It was their last night in Bora and they were done taping the first scenes of their new show. She sighed as she thought of the date. The fifth of April. Time had flown by real fast.

Her phone rang and she wondered who it was.

“Moe?” She smiled when she heard the voice on the other end of the line.

“Hi Julie! Did I wake you up?” He asked.

“Hindi nga ako makatulog eh.” She answered smiling. “Bakit ikaw? Hindi ka rin makatulog?”

“Hindi pa pwede eh.”

“Bakit hindi pa pwede?” Julie thought what could Elmo be thinking of.

“Would you like to take a walk?” Elmo asked.

Julie glanced at the clock on the bedside table and realized that it was half past one in the morning.

“Ha? Ngayon na?” She wanted to say yes but was hesitant. “Baka kasi magising si Maqui pati sina mama at hanapin ako masyado na kayang late.”

“Hindi naman tayo magtatagal eh, Please Julie.”

“Okay sige na nga, pero Moe magbibihis lang ako sandali hah.”

“Hindi na kailangan. Whatever it is that you are wearing now, maganda ka pa rin.” Elmo smiled as he pictured Julie in her favorite orange pajamas. She had always looked beautiful in any outfit.

“Sira ka talaga, naka pajamas na kaya ako.” Julie laughed as she combed her hair. “Sandali lang, asaan ka ba?”

“I’m right outside your cottage. Kahit naka pajama ka pa, ikaw pa rin ang pinaka maganda para sa akin kaya halika na labas ka na diyan.”

“Nakakahiya kaya…” She paused. “O sige na nga, lalabas na ako.”

Julie felt her heart skipped a beat the moment she saw Elmo. Even if they were both exhausted from an all day taping, Elmo still managed to look fresh and handsome in his cargo shorts and plain white shirt. The way he feels for Elmo ever since they began as a loveteam never changed, it even intensified as time goes by.

“Hi!” She smiled as Elmo took her by the hand. “San ba tayo pupunta. We have an early flight tomorrow, I mean mamaya, remember?.

“Exactly. That’s why I want to make the most of whatever little time left that we have in this beautiful place.” He gave her hand a gentle squeeze.

“Naku, ano na naman yang naiisip mo, Mr. Elmo Magalona ha, umayos ka!”

“Bakit Julie, ano bang naiisip mo? Just let me know, I’m all ears.” He grinned. “Gusto mo ba, itanan na kita? Ano tara na?” He was joking.

“Tanan ka dyan. Mamaya nyan, may makarinig pa sa’yo. Maheadline pa tayo. Saka patay ka kayna mama!”

“Eh ikaw, ano bang naiisip mo?”

“Wala! Akin nalang iyon!” Julie shrugged. “You know what Julie, that’s one of the things I like about you” Elmo replied. “What do you mean?” Julie asked. “ Well, may pagka mysterious ka sometimes. I don’t know basta parang ganon ang cute lang. Halika na nga. Dun tayo sa tabing dagat.” She went ahead but Elmo pulled her close to him.
