I will like to explain one thing that has made people.. Not really happy.
1)Chapter 13 + start of 14
Chapter 13 was where to1m was trying to kiss Tord but stopped. Tord realized and told him he disnt love him (or smth) and told him to leave (i think) so Tom left heart broken. In the beginning it was Tord asking himself why he did it and saying he thinks he likes him. Let me explain.
Tord is a rich guy. Yes? Yes. So. What would toy think people would teybto do? For women some or most would try to hook up with him because he has a lot of money. He thought Tom would do the same. But in chapter 14 he was thinking about it. He felt guilt because he thought Tom would use him. After realizing he wouldnt use him he felt horrible. He felt as if he did like him. He had feelings.
Dont understand? People are greedy. Tord thinks Tom would be greedy. He figures out Tom is just trying to find the right guy. Tom didnt care how rich he was unlike some people and Tord realises that in chapter 14.
