on 164 ford street, anyone driving past may have noticed that everyone entering the millionaire mansion would have noticed that everyone coming in, exiting and inside where dressed in a shade of black, blacker then black itself. Inside, where rooms full of very wealthy people, from simple millionaires, to politicians, all the way to music artists, writers. but the sad part was that most of the people standing there around the white coffin didnt even know the boy laying in the coffin itself.

A boy with raven hair stood on the other end of the room, only seventeen years old and holding a bottle of Carlton dry. No, he was not related to the boy in the coffin, but he was dating the younger brother of that boy who was the same age.

His name was Elijah, when he found out about his boyfriend, victors older brothers suicide, he couldnt help but feel sorry for him. But even so, he just wanted to put the beer down and leave. there was too much casual and happy energy in the room, it disgusted him. This was a funeral for crying out loud! Even if they didnt know him, they could have at least a bit more respect.

And yet he still saw smiles and heard laughter. He stood up straight, turning around, deciding to walk around the room for a bit. where was victor anyway? Suddenly someone grabbed his arm, he jolted at first, turning to see who had randomly grabbed it. But he sighed in relief after seeing the person. Oh Vic, its only you the tall redhead frowned. Sorry to disappoint you.

Elijah sighed, looking down at the ground. Dont apologize, and you didnt disappoint me. He said, a sad smile plastered on his face. Ive noticed most of the people here didnt know your brother. Victors face seemed to become even more gloomy from the mention. ah, yes my parents thought it would be better if there was some conversation in the room instead ofsilence. Elijah sighed, he knew victor was hurting, and his parents obviously werent very caring if they went to this length, it pissed him off.

Hey, lets get out of here. Youve made your speech, lets get some food and go to the old lake victor smiled weakly. alright, lets go then. He took Elijahs hand, putting down the champagne glass he had in hand and walked out.

Soon enough they were sitting on a hill, Elijahs red Ute behind them, a mink blanket under them and bags of Chinese food. wait, remind me what your mom does for a living? Elijah chuckled, looking at victor. shes a reiki healer. Victor still had a confused expression. okay, pass me you hand he said, taking a mouthful of coke. Victor put out his hand.

Without touching him, Elijah put his hands around his wrist. do you feel any heat or tingling? he asked, looking up at vic. It tingles a bit he said. thats called energy, she used that to heal people over time. He nodded, brows raised. you dont believe me, do you? no, not really. Elijah chuckled, looking back down at the bowl of rice. didnt expect you to.

Elijah huffed, looking up at the city across the quarry. hey, I never said I didnt believe you, its justodd victor said nervously. I dont completely believe it myself anyway, I think life is just life it is what it is. I dont believe in god. Not really in the creator, but I dont think we just disappear, and I definitely dont believe in the matrix, there has to be something after, but I just dont know. Elijah said.

I guess so, how does it feel being an honor student at a school full of millionaires. if this is the- compared to me you are a peasant conversation, its not working. He said tiredly. Victor smirked, suddenly pushing Elijah flat on the ground, sitting between his legs. your below me whether you like it or not. He kissed him.
