Do you ever sit in complete silence, but you hear every noise? Every creek and crack of your old house. Every breath your bedroom takes.
Sit in complete silence. Yet, you hear screaming. Deafening screams. Coming from every direction. Who is screaming? Is it all in my head?
Sit in silence. But you hear something plead. Plead for help. A strange sensation of complete helplessness as the unknown beckons for your aid.
Sit in silence. But you hear it ache and moan. Its hurting. It's groaning, and squirming in its agony. But what is it? What so desperately needs your longing glare?
Sit in the loud silence of the world. As it moans and screams in the quiet wind of the night.
