~Continuation of chapter 8 but ch.9 is its own chapter~

The moment Gaia and Hank looked into each other's eyes felt like there was no sound or movement around them.

Supposing it was as if time stopped for this moment where Hank became lost in her glistening emerald eyes, and Gaia grew entranced with his hazel green colored eyes. Though after a moment, the only sound that was heard were the howls of all the shifters who called toward the moon on her special day of the month. And yet, before either could utter a word to each other, it happened!

A bright rushing light upon Hank's right shoulder and Gaia's left check bone had constructed a blue-violet flower.

"Mate?!"

Though the calling of the werewolves sounded out their voices to others besides themselves, the ones who were able to hear them was the Alpha Luna Beta and Gamma being closer in protecting both Hank and Gaia. Mostly in case of a feral/rogue attack if they manage to figure out Gaia's security. For even if you are in the comforts of your own home, danger steadily awaits waiting to strike while the iron's hot, as others say.

At the end of the celebration, all the pack members besides Alpha Jared and Luna Janet had stood aside while Beta Jason & Gamma Paul stayed with the rest of the pack to stop anything uprising in suspiciousness within the members arriving at the pack house. While the Alpha and Luna brought Gaia and Hank to a separate house of theirs suited for them, the Beta and Gamma family once they find their mate and have children. Once Alpha Jared, Luna Janet, Hank, and Gaia entered into the house, the Luna asked this question; "Forgive me if I heard wrong, but did the both of you said the word 'mate' to each other?"

"Yes. Though correct me if I am wrong Lu- I mean Janet, but if Hank here is not a werewolf, then what is he? I've analyzed and tried to figure out what sort of supernatural creature he is nonetheless. I gained no answer. So I ask yourself, Hank, who or what are you?"
