So this is my first book that is going up. It's very scary but here I am doing it.   "WHAT?!" I yelled. Bri stood there with a shocked expression. My expression was just the same but quickly became a grin. Tears of joy fell from my eyes as I turned to Bri again I hugged her and started jumping around. She was still shocked as tears slipped down her face and a wide smile appeared. She hugged me as we were smiling while crying.

"I know you don't think this is a punishment but the troubles of human life will make you wish you were back here in prison," The king announced with bitterness in his voice.

"No! You know what I won't wish I was back here, because I'll be with Ashlie and if she can do it I can, too!" Bri yelled with determination.

"YEAH! I have Nick it doesn't matter what happens as long as we're together!" I yelled. I just want to see Nick right now. I was growing impatient. The king sighed.

"Is there anybody else who is going to become human like we are?" Bri asked.

"Yes many others but you two and one other person will be the first to have this punishment?" He added "the other prisoner's name is Cory."

"CORY?!" Bri and I yelled at the same time. I couldn't believe, this couldn't be a coincidence. Bri looked just as shocked as I was. The surprises just kept adding on.

"No more questions it's time for you to go," the king announced. The guards dragged us to a room and to our surprise Cory was inside.

Cory's POV

I was sitting in this small grey room sitting on the only thing in it which was a bench. I just had been informed I was going to be human. I'm so excited but so nervous. The first thing I want to do once I become human is find Uni that's my one goal, I mean he is the reason I'm in this mess. I can't wait to see him though but what if he hates me because I couldn't be there all those years he was alone. I mean it isn't my fault but I should've kept quiet then maybe we would have shared more memories, but then I would've had to 'go' anyways. It isn't fair I can't choose who I love but I can't imagine loving anyone else. I could feel warmth on my face I knew I was blushing. I got to my feet anger now present on my face.

"Why does it have to be this way! He probably hates me now! If he doesn't accept me then what am I gonna do! He's the reason I'm here!" My fist hit the solid grey wall, "HE'S THE REASON I'M LIKE THIS! WHY DO I HAVE TO BE SO STUPID!"

My fist hit the wall again except this time harder, not enough to break my hand but now it hurts really bad. I put my head against the wall I wanted to cry but this stupid camera stopped me from showing my feelings. I sat back down exhausted from the emotions of anger and sadness. I leaned my body against the wall and even though I hate to admit this but I'm scared. I was scared that he wouldn't want me around anymore, I was scared of the truth and the truth is that-

"He's all I have," I whispered under my breath. I wish I hadn't said it because now I know it's true. I've always believed speech was stronger than thought. Now I have to face the facts, which means I have to either become his friend again or move on. I sighed sadly accepting the situation I have caught my self in.

The door opened revealing a guard and two others. I knew who they were it was Bri and Jon. They just stared at me surprised because they probably weren't suspecting me to be here.

"What do I have something on my face?" I asked as a small grin grew on my face. My mood changing from angry and sad to happy. They started smiling as they ran to me and hugged me.

"Uni is going to be so happy when he sees you!" Bri said happily. My smile turned into a sad one. Would he?

"Yeah I'm not so sure about that," I muttered they looked at me sadly, "Come on we don't have time to waste we got to go find your friends!" I announced standing up as the king walked in.

"Okay it is time for your punishment, now close your eyes and count to three, once you get to three it should be silent. Do not open your eyes until you here something. Okay?" I nodded muttering okay. We all closed our eyes.
