It's been a few weeks scince doctor and I ended it I sit on the couch in my apartment my mom come overs and hands me a tea "mom please you don't have to be here" I say "yes I do you just went through a bad break up" she says I sigh and a wind blows through and the tardis appears "well he has a nerve" she says the doors burst open and doctor falls out not walks out he curls up I get up and run over to him "oh my god doctor" I say "I-I'm sorry I didn't know who else to go to I- GAHHHH!" He yells In pain "what's wrong" I say "I've only got one heart working only one ngh." He says and then faints
I grab my stethoscope and and put it in my ears and listen his right is beating I listen to the other the left isn't he shakes I put the stethoscope down "hey shh shh shh" I say "go to the tardis...."he says "you don't talk." I say "g-go.." he says I get up and go to the blue box in my living room I hesitate before opening the doors and walking in the slow humm of the gears the familiar smell I go up to the consol and a thing shows up the much galifrey I was taught by him I can read what is on the the screen as well as his body scan "no way" I say
I walk out of the tardis "so what's wrong with him" my mom says "he has a takotsubo cardiomyopathy" I say "listen sweet heart I know you're a surgeon but Im not so English please" she says "he has a broken heart" I say "what is that possible" she says "yes but it's when the left ventricle experiences a large amount of feeling of is used to often so it expanes and then doesn't revert to its normal size mom..." "Mom if he regenerates I might loose him" I say she says theres a yell I get up and run into the room doctor squirms adound I take the stereoscope and listen with struggle his other heart is murmuring "doctor breath." I say his hand starts to glow "damn it" I get him out of bed and limp out to the tardis "y/n where are you going" my mom says "his hand.....he's going to regenerate" I say and cry go into the tardis I hold him in my arms "doctor please don't leave me please don't leave me doctor" I say "y/n g-get away" he says "no" I say "I'm going to hurt you" he says "no I'm not leaving you I love you" I say "y-y/n" he says I hug him and light surrounds me a few seconds later it dims I cry and hold my doctor "y/n" I hear "look at me" he says I shake my head" look at me" he says I sniff and slowly let go of him slightly and look at him face i gasp and exhale "I'm still me and I still love you... I love you y/n" he says I kiss him he kisses me back we pull away "you're voice is deeper" I say "same face though" he says I giggle and nod he kisses me again
