Part 3

-----------

Delicate skin. Fragile skin. Dark thoughts flashed in jeff's mind. Voices whispered and laughed- echoing, beckoning. Luckily the voices where much quieter then usual, after all he had just recently made a kill- satisfying the nefarious voices. Snatching the tissue from your grasp he wiped his mouth and threw it into the bin behind him. Even with them being quiet jeff found it hard to ignore them. You watched as jheff seemed to be having a mental conversation with himself- his brow wrinkled in thought. gaze drifted down to his inner thigh, you scowl slightly before returning to a neutral emotion. You had been told that he had been shot and that after his capturing was seen to by a medical team. However, you had also been informed that the said medical team had only removed the bullet and bandaged the wound- not sewn it up too. This made you rather mad. ' how could they have been so incompetent? He was shot not grazed his knee. They where probably scared and didn't want to spend anymore time than the needed to with him.'

Deeply signing you looked back up at his face.

"jeff?" no response.

"jeff." nothing.

"jeffery" jeffs far off gaze shifted it you, his face contort with anger.

"What the fuck did I tell you about calling me that!?" you saw his body shake with anger, his breaths short and jagged.

"im very sorry jeff. I was just trying to get your attention, you seemed to be in rather deep thought."

You had not jumped at his sudden outburst or even changed your expression, why where you so calm? Jeff was more agitated than shocked. He could kill you- snap your neck- if he wanted to and yet you just sit there, unmoving, unchanging in your expression or attitude- calm.

"jeff I want to take you to the infirmary, just down the hall. Then show you to your room, after all it is late and after you've seen the doctor your most certainly going to be tired."

Jeff calmed himself, taking sometime to regain his thoughts. Why would he need to go to an infirmary? Oh right, his leg. Jeff watched as you turned and headed towards the door, only to stop to look behind you to see if he was following.

In a snap judgement he decided to follow you.

After the small journey to the infirmary jeff felt slightly nauseated. You walked behind him and watched him sway slightly, occasionally leaning on a wall for support. 'That must have been a strong pain killer' you thought as you fought back the urge to giggle at the killers intoxicated state.Walking down the hallway you lead jeff to the patients ward. Stopping at a steel door you take out a plastic card from your pocket and swipe a small black box to the left of the door. Once swiped the box flashed a green light and the clicking of a lock could be heard. Turning to jeff you motioned for him to enter.

Once inside jeff took in the surroundings of his room. 'Wow, this place really is like a resort' the roomed looked nothing like jeff had thought. He expected a metal bed with straps to secure him, padded walls and a over head light, but was faced with a room that looked like it came from a hotel. Wooden floor with a rug in the centre, double bed with blue duvet and matching pillows, a floor lamp next to a small leather chair, two shelves showcasing books and trinkets and a small window to the right of his bed; although it still had bars on the outside.

Waddling towards his bed he climbed-more like clawed- upward and grasped at one of his pillows, using it to prop himself up.

"Do you like it?" You voice broke his daze.

"Yeah, it's alright." He lied. This was the most comfortable bed he'd been on since he was a kid, not to mention he had never had such luxuries in other asylums.

"Well I've got to go, I'll see you in the morning for our next session. But if you should need anything just push this button," you gestured to a silver button to the left of his door. " and speak into the microphone. The nurses will bring you what you need. If you need the bathroom however press this button," you gestured to a button under the previous one. " and someone will come to escort you to the bathroom. Ok?"

"Ok." Jeff mumbled- his painkiller only just starting to wear off.

You turned on you heel and closed the door behind you, the clicking of the doors locks resonated in jeffs ears. Sighing he turned on his back and rested his head on arms- still grasping the pillow. After what jeff assumed had been twenty minutes he began to drift off to sleep, his vision blurring and his body becoming limp. Not soon after this he heard a buzzing noise.... Static.

Jeff smirked. ' hey slender.' He thought. It would be best if he talked through this thoughts, there could be cameras watching him.

' hello child. I see you got your self captured again.'

' yeah, the stupid bastards shot my leg.'

' Jeffery language!'

' Cut me some slack you overgrown octopussy! And don't call me fucking Jeffery!'

Jeff heard slender sigh.

' fine child. I will excuse your foul language considering the circumstances.'

'When are you coming to get me?'

' well from what I've worked out so far about the asylum it won't be soon. This asylum isn't like any of the others, it's more secure and well defended.'

Jeff clicked his tongue and frowned.

' so I'm stuck here?'

' for the time being. I will work something out, but for now just remember the rules. And try and stay calm jeff, the more you act up the more security they will put you under and the harder it will be for me to get you.'

The static ceased and jeff groaned. He was stuck here.... Wait. He was stuck here, here with this bed and this room. Here with the food. ' This isn't bad.' Jeff thought, regaining his smirk. ' not bad at all'
