I patted my brothers back, "look who's finally a graduate. I never thought you could do it."

My brother; Derek grinned like an idiot. "Same. I never thought someone would marry you."

"Hey," butch who was partially listening to our conversation and texting on his phone butted in, "she is the mother of my child and the love of my life. Show her some respect."

"Awwwnnn booboo bear," I gave him googly eyes and he returned it by pouting and rocking on his feet as we stared into each others eyes.
"My cuddly waddy." He cooed.

"OK, what's happening here?" My brother interrupted our stupid moment which we just put on to irritate him. "Mom, dad, BC and Butch are acting weird."

My parents glanced at us, then my mom shrugged the situation off, "they're just horny."

I choked on her words while Derek and Butch burst into fit of laughter. What a wonderful husband, he couldn't even rub my back or make sure I was okay before laughing. Stupid boys, this is why they are never meant to be together.

"I gotta go now," Butch pecked my cheek and turned to Derek, "you my man deserve a treat." He clapped his back like a proud father, it made me admire him more.

Butch was gonna be a great dad, it was very evident. Sure he can be a dick sometimes and most times he says things that would need his mouth to get washed by holy water but he is very responsible. Last two weeks when we had the family dinner, I caught him playing at the backyard with Blake and Michael- Simons kids- I almost cried, mostly because I was pregnant and pregnancy heightened my hormones but still, I almost cried. It made me wonder if he had ever watched me play with kids because its a very beautiful sight.

"...but for now, bc would treat you to ice cream." He looked at me and I smiled in response. I love ice cream. "Don't worry i'm paying." He looked back at Derek and whispered but I could hear them very well, "make sure she doesn't get any chocolate, her ass cant fit in her trouser's any more."

"My ass is just fine!!" I said so loudly that I got a few deranged stares.

"I'm just kidding babe, relax."
Derek was already chuckling, before Butch even turned to him and whispered, "no am not."
I stormed up to Butch but before I could deck him, he was sprinting away to his car.

"Chicken." I huffed.

"I love you." He called out. It was a battle not to smile.

"Man," Derek put his hands on my shoulder but I immediately brushed it away, "I love that dude."

"Stay in your lane Derek, stay in your lane." I warned him.

"Relax dear sister you know he is not my type."

Movie night.
It seemed like a long time since we had on of those. Of course we watched movies on a regular basis but it was more like I walk into butch laughing at something hilarious that happens in Bunsen is a Beast. He loves the little guy but he loves Amanda more.
I being the wicked person I am collects the remote when he is too caught up in the show, then change it into something like keeping up with the kardashians  -yea, I watch it, nothing weird there- or a music channel.
Like now, well not exactly. Butch connected Netflix to our t.v so we could finally watch To all the boys I've loved before.
He actually took great interest in the movie and kept yelling like he was watching a game; leaving no chance for making out.

"Best movie I've watched so far." He sprang up like a champion, I was smiling so hard staring at him, my body was buried deep in our couch. He looked at me. "If you tell boomer and Brick about this..."

"Awwwww Butch, are you trying to threaten your pregnant wife?"
He grinned and fell back on the couch and pulled me closer to him as we watched the end credits in a comfortable silence.
