Chapter 39: 🌹 Show Time 🌹

Im backstage at the venue sitting out all of my camera equipment when im tapped on the shoulder. I turn around to find Brooklyn smiling at me like he always does.
"Hey what's up?" I asked returning the smile.
"I was wondering if you want to go and get some lunch with me?" He asked hopefully.
"How could i say no to that face?" I say making him smile." Let me just go to the green room to get my rucksack." I walk upstairs to the makeshift greenroom and see my bag where i left it as im about to walk back out i bump into andy.
"Whoa where's the fire" i ask with a small laugh.
"Sorry i just need to get my bag because im getting a quick lunch with my mum." He replied. I say goodbye and i make my way out back to meet brook. When i get their he's on his phone not paying attention to anything so i slowly walk up beside him and shout.
"Boo!"
He jumped a mile nearly dropping his phone. I stand there laughing my head off while everyone else just gives me a funny look.
"What was that for?" He asked
"Just thought it would be funny and i was right!" I say with a little laugh.
"Come on lets go." He says pulling me along.
"Lead the way kind sir." This made him shake his head and smile. What can i say im a comedian.

                      ~After Lunch~

Its now half 3 and we really should be getting back but every time i try and walk us back in the direction of the venue he just wonders of somewhere else and i do not trust him on his own so i have to follow.
" Brook we really need to get back vip starts soon and you need to be their for it." I say
"We can walk for a little while long come on?" He replies.
"No Brooklyn I'm tired and i need to make sure im sorted for tonight so can we please just head back." I ask him slightly annoyed.
"Fine then but can we at least nip into the tesco before we get back?"He asks hopeful.
"Only you Brooklyn sure."

                          ~The show~

The show is in full swing and the boys are smashing it like always. So far I've walked up and down the barrier avoiding the flying arms of screaming girls and failing miserably. At one point a girl slapped me and rye saw and he nearly messed up his part in when its over because he tried to hide his laugh behind a cough which actually made him cough which only made me laugh. right now they are just finishing stranger my absolute favorite when it all goes quiet. Well as quiet as you can get with a bunch of confused girls. I look up at the stage to see andy playing the guitar with the boys singing softly and rye walking down the stage. I thought they were pulling a fan up on stage but he walked towards me with that smile that's always got me. He takes my camera and hands it to Alex before he pulls me with him back on stage. He stands there in front of me smiling that smile and I'm just confused.
"Shelli I've known you for about a year now and in that time you've made me laugh, you've made me cry, youve made me a better person. Who would have thought a message would have turned into this." He says smiling at me at this point my eyes have welled up and I'm grinning like an idiot." You've made my life more interesting and no matter how many rocky roads we have to go down i won't stop falling for you. Now there's only one last thing to do." as he says this he points to the audience and in it are a few roadies holding up sighs. I gasp in shock.
