Mrs.Kang's eyes told no emotion. She was emotionless, and her eyes were as sharp as that of a cat.

"What do you mean, non-existence? How's that possible for your father is 'non-existence'? Is your father—"

"KANG MIERA, YOU'RE GONNA PAY FOR THIS!" Mrs.Kang suddenly pulled Miera's hair, and Miera began screeching.

"I-I'm sorry!"

The other boys were confused. Miera's mother was the one who told Miera to tell them about her father. Then why's she mad? Is there a catch?

"I TOLD YOU TO ALWAYS SAY THAT YOUR FATHER CHEATED ON ME!" Mrs.Kang suddenly screamed. The boys gasped, what's exactly going on?

"Stop that!" Seungcheol tried rescuing Miera from the scary beast which is her mother, and Jeonghan joined Seungcheol, helping him.

"Why won't you let go —!" Seungcheol pushed Mrs.Kang away and Soonyoung pulled Miera into a bear hug.

"It's fine, Miera. Everything is fine." Soonyoung whispered in Miera's ears softly, and Miera allowed herself to calm down.

"Please stop, before I call the police." Jisoo pulled out his phone, and Mrs.Kang laughed aloud.

"And tell that what? That Miera's father is nonexistence? That Miera's mother is taking her daughter back home, away from thieves?"

"Thieves, you say?" Jihoon raised a brow. "I may or may not have called the police and told them the whole thing. Oops! I think I recorded the whole conversation all along!"

Everyone smiled happily at Jihoon. He was always a lifesaver, although he doesn't show that he cares. Since Jihoon has a soft spot for Soonyoung, he helped Soonyoung as much as he can.

"You son of a —"

"No cursing is allowed in this household!" Jisoo stomped his feet.

"Did I say I care, you little sh — !"

"This is the police, raise your hands up where I can see them!"
