Tin's POV

"Hello? Tin, are you listening?" Pond waves his hand in front of my face, and pats my shoulder as well, before I realize he is calling me.

"What?" I don't mean to be cold, but I can't help. The coldness has been with me since I found that the one I thought loves me the most wants me dead.

"Wow wow wow. Don't make that face. I just want to ask you to sit down, relax, and enjoy the food and drink with us. THAT then can be called as a party, isn't it? Don't just stand there. Let us celebrate for you on your big day!"

Pond is really talkative. I sighed in a barely noticed way while I was dragged to sit down on the couch.

And, he keeps babbling, "Don't worry about Can. He is walking that stupid Gucci with his mom and sis. I think he will be here if he survives being dragged by that dog for three rounds of the park in their neighborhood..."

"Can is coming?" I have to interrupt him when I heard that Can may be coming to my place to join the party.

"Uh, actually he didn't say he will come. I just assume that maybe he will want to celebrate for you, since you two seem very close recently," Pond looks at me with a mysterious smile. "kinda like Ae and Pete." he adds.

I don't response to his guess. It's not that I care he implies Can and I have the same relationship like Pete and that shorty, but I do care. I wish it IS like what he images, but pity it isn't. The reason that I remain silent is because I am hoping his assumption about Can is right.

"Well, you would like him to come, right?" My silence makes Pond pop the question with uncertainty.

"No," I say, but then I add, "I mean, I know. Sure I want him to come. He is allowed to join the party." I make sure I put on my same old arrogant manner.

However, I do have a little fight inside my brain. Part of me says that if Can only wants to be a friend, I should keep myself away from him or I will only get hurt more, while the other part of me is dying to see him.

I don't know what to hope. Let it happen if it happens.

Note: OK, I don't know what I am writing from the middle of the part, since I am so sleepy. But I know if I don't  finish it right now, I'll definitely forget what I want to write now, so I still write it down first. (Actually, some lines of the part is not same as what I have in mind in the first place. I like the original one more, though.😶) I'll try to edit it if I find a better way to tell this part. (The plot will remain the same, just fix some grammar or vocabulary problems.)
