Chapter 6

2 months later

Stoke P.O.V

"Baby I have to go back to Jamaica, I may not be back for over 5 months," I said to Nahmir.

"I can't do a long relationship Stoke and you know it won't work either," he said back.

"Yeah I know, but your still my bro," I said hugging him. 

"Call me when you get there," he said.

I chucked up the deuces and left his apartment.

Taymor P.O.V (Haven't heard from this nigga in a good minutes)

I like how Kev had the nerve to bring my ex up in my hotel room those months ago. The only reason I had that girl is to make Mir feel bad. 

I had to drop ole girl right after that her ass was annoying as fuck.

I got up out my bed and put my phone on the charge and went to take a shower.

I let the water run over my body, i thought of everything that has gone on in my life the last few months. Shit has been mad crazy, I got out the shower and dried my body off and wrapped the towel around my waist.

"Fuck I need to head to the studio after this," I said to myself.

I got some ripped jeans on and a t shirt, I slide the socks on my feet and than my watch on my wrist. 

I slid on my Jordan's on and grabbed my keys and slid on my jacket. It was now fall so the cold weather was starting to come in. 

I wonder how Nahmir was doing, at first I didn't miss him but at time has gone on I noticed I had lost something really good, and probably forever. So glad I'm going home for thanksgiving tomorrow morning.

I was missing my moms alot I'm not even going to lie, I was missing her scent, her food, and honestly just her.

Being away from your home is hard, but she know I'm doing this all for her, so she can live without worrying if she can pay the bills down the line.

I got in my car and drove down to the school  so I can get these classes done with.

Nahmir P.O.V

My alarm went off, it was 3 am and my plane took off at 4:30 am. I was so ready to be home for Thanksgiving, I was ready to see my moms and my aunt and uncles. 

I wonder how my mommy was liking her new house, I sent her about 2 million so she could buy a new house and get up and out the hood. 

I than sent her another 500,000 so she could pay the moving people and get all the water and different things on for the house.

I seen pictures of the house on the outside I was ready to see the inside.

I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth and put my hair up into a ponytail.

I grabbed my tooth paste and toothbrush and put that in my suitcase.

I threw my phone and my charger and a few bags on chips in a backpack for my carry on. 

I put on my Adidas track suit and with my white and black Adidas. 

I grabbed my suits case and met Jay and Zion in the lobby. 

The SUV was outside waiting for us, we put our bags in the back and got in the car. I took the passenger seat while they took the back.

I put the sticker on my luggage having it sent back to home.

I went to my gate with the guys and we bordered the plane and took off for home.

We landed and different cars were waiting for all of us, I gave them a dap and headed my separated way.

I got in the back of the car while the driver put my things in the trunk.

"How my moms doing," I asked as he was her personal driver.

"Just fine sir," he replied back.

She thought I was only staying one week, since that's how long I had off. I did have only a week but i was staying two since her birthday was right the next week.

Funny thing Kev going to be down here with Taymor, his family an hour away from where I live, I'm going to invite him and his family over for Thanksgiving as long as its okay with my moms. 

We made it to the house and he pulled into the long drive way. 

I got out and got my bags from the back, I pulled it to the front door and knocked on the door. 

My aunt answered the door, she pulled me inside giving me a bone crushing hug. 

"I missed you," she said to me as she stared at my face.

"Same," I said smiling at her.

I walked further into the house leaving my bags by the door.

"Mom," I said breaking her out of cooking the mac n cheese.

She turned around and smiles at me bring my body into hers and giving me a hug only a mother could give.

I pulled up to Kev's parents house.

I went up to the door and knocked on it, his dad answered it.

"Kev its your friend he is here to pick us up," his dad said.

Kev came to the door and gave me a handshake and told me he meet me outside in a few.

I went and go in the back on the car, Kev and  his parents came out. The driver opened the passenger door for Kev mom and the other door for his dad.

"I'm back," I yelled as I unlocked the door with the key my mom gave me.

"in here," my mom yelled back.

I lead them to the front room.

"Happy Thanksgiving," I said looking around at all the faces.
