In My Corner

Piper's POV

Ok, I gotta tell them "ok, so something has been going on for awhile but, but something even worse happened earlier today" I pause for a minute to study everyone's facial expressions Pietro & Wanda seem concerned, Bucky looks ready to kill as does most of the guys, surprisingly Tony looks at me with understanding & encouragement

Then I tell them everything flash has done & what happened today. After I finish I look up with tears in my eyes to see everyone looking murderous and ready to kill flash

And seeing that just makes me break knowing that I have people in my corner made me just breakdown right then and there in the middle of the common room

I feel a strong pair of arms wrap around me incasing me in his strong smell, I just cry into his chest craving human comfort to just be told it'll be alright eventhough I know it's not

But just forget even if only for awhile to ignore the world for awhile, and to go back to before my life changed so drastically and appreciate it. I could still feel the tears running down my cheeks but I could hear someone whisper comforting words in sokovian

I just layed in his arms letting my breathing calm down gradually getting slower n slower. I look up to see pietro looking at me in concern with his striking blue eyes, he kissed my forehead and murmered "you are ok princessa" in his beautiful sokovian accent

He helped me stand I looked to see the others smiling at me. I stay glued to Pietro's side as we make. Our way to midtown high Bucky, Natasha, Pietro & tony have come with me

We walk to the office Natasha & tony walking with purpose, Bucky just looks scary so enough said but Pietro stays by my side as hug him not daring to let go as if he will turn to dust if I let go for even a second
